So I just spent almost $40 on dinner for my family …First went to Wendy’s thinking my food would be correct .I ordered a #1 meal that was suppose to come with two patties and that was not what I got ,only received 1 patty and it was cold .I also got a spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal .My sandwich had no veggies just meat and bread ….Do not waste your time going to this Wendy’s.I should of went to Chick-fil-A like I said I wanted to !!!! I don’t work to go out and get a meal for my family that is incomplete …..If you do decide to go in or go through drive through open every sandwich and don’t leave tell you get what you paid for …I’m serious this is some bull !!!

Popular is that all after every single thing I ordered in the drive thru. No strawberry frosty. Which was the point for the stop as my 4 year old just tested positive for strep. Then gave me a 6$ son of a baconator that was in all reality was the same size as my cheap chicken sandwich. Cold and old fries. Terrible. The owner of this establishment should fire everyone and start over. Rude employees and people who can’t make a simple sandwich.

The Wendy’s on Vernon Road is by far the Worst Wendy’s anywhere!!!!! Just bought a Large Frosty (LARGE) and they put the frosty in a medium cup and put the medium cup inside the large cup!!! Meaning you get less!!! And it was thinner than a milk shake!! Their Frosty machine is rarely working or else the employees don’t put the Frosty mixture n the machine!! Either way, this is NOT acceptable!!! Avoid this Wendy’s and try another one in LaGrange, Ga!!!

I understand mistakes happen, but 80% of the time they miss something on my order. Or get something wrong. No salad dressing. No croutons with salad. The food is sometimes cold. Like cold fries. I have to check my order to make sure they get stuff right every time because they usually mess something up.

1st… if a customer ask for a recommendation on a burger and you work at a burger joint… DON’T SAY “I don’t know” when asked about a “new” burger… 2nd if you had a bad day fair enough, but this is the second time in two weeks that the same cashier has a could care less attitude. Please do everyone a favor, customer service is not for you!!! 3rd… the order was not fresh, fries were not “hot & crispy”, definitely not a large, more like a medium in large offering, the preztel pub was not on a preztel bun, missing crispy onions… seems as if all the food ordered was like a concession stand closing out a season… everything has to go!!! No receipt offered or could find, as if I bothered her!!! A complete miss here, could not eat!!
