Worst sandwich ever. Asked for onions and pickles and this is what I got. The employees were rude and took forever to get my food. Will never go back. I ordered a spicy chicken and it’s not even the spicy chicken. They gave me a regular chicken and it was cold. Management really needs to fix this issue. They had three employees and made me order on the app.

I visited this location on 6/26. When I approached the drive thru Window the young lady informed that they were only taking cards at the time. Then I proceeded with my order . I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches cook to order ex mayo and tomatoes, coke and a fry. In addition none of the regular pops are operable just the diets. Then I get to the window thy young lady asked the staff was it cook to order, you could tell it wasn’t because of her body language and she didn’t want to give them bag. I spoke up and said I’ll wait for my items because of requests. I didn’t mind. I received my sandwiches they were hot and still not the way I ordered. In customer service, if the customer is pleasant and calm, it’s ok to oblige their request. The staff was not pleasant and it’s sad that these fast food restaurants allow so many young adults to work without senior staff or more experienced staff. I paid for my food and I should be able to get what I requested without a hassle and then you have nasty disposition. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK, STAY HOME!!!!!

We stopped to buy a frosty and use the restroom. As I entered, there were about 3 or 4 young employees sitting at the tables. One was smoking and quickly put it out when I walked past him. Not busy when I was there. Asked for ketchup and was given 2 packs and was told that’s all they have. All while the employee was on her cell phone. Trash full, dirty tables. Obviously poorly managed and employees that don’t care at all. Go to chick filet across the parking lot.

The service here is horrible. My husband and I normally stop at this location for breakfast on Sundays for church. Today we pulled into drive thru and waited 5 minutes and no one answered. We drove around to leave and the two employees, one female with red hair and male, were standing in the window WITH HEADSETS ON NOT TAKING ORDERS! Normally I can tolerate them moving slow and pulling me up for my food but for them to deliberately not take orders is beyond ridiculous.

I went in at 3:30 in the afternoon. There were ZERO customers. When I walked in every employee was slumped over on their cell phones with mediocre attitudes at best. When I got served my food, it was dried up and old (Seemed to be a few hours old) Hungry Buyers Beware!!
