The worst experience I’ve had at fast food restaurant. I ordered a number 2 large combo. First they tell me they’re only taking cards no cash….which is not to big of a deal with me. Then I wanted to get a strawberry frosty and she said they were out of all frosty..so i purchased my order with my debit card total came to 12 dollars and some change. I waited and waited and mind you there are no other customers inside, the drive thru is packed as usual. But they seem to be more concerned with the drive thru orders than filling mine and mind you no other customers came inside the whole time. I would say I waited about 20 minutes and after seeing meals prepared for drive thru customers and im being ignored,I got fed up and left and will not be going back to this Wendy’s anymore. Now I have to place a dispute on my card. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and judging by the reviews for that location, Im definitely not the only one who is tired of poor service. Definitely need to get that mess of a location together!!! Decided to take my business to a more respectful restaurant, 5 guys and while the prices may be higher, I was treated as a person and got my meal fast and honestly….alot more delicious. Definitely letting others know to stay away from your location. Ps, sneaky how in order to leave a review, one MUST hit a star when in reality it deserves none.

Like most of the restaurants in McDonough don’t come to this Wendy’s unless you absolutely have to. They are constantly trying to shortcut and only accept card and direct Cash no matter what time it is. They are continuously out of everything every single time I come only I can’t figure that out till after I sat in a 20-minute line. Today they were out of something I ordered it they did not tell me they didn’t have it, and when I got up to the window they informed me and was very difficult about helping me find a replacement. Finally I just got a medium fry so I can leave but they double charged me and overdraft my account and kept me there for 15 minutes while they track down the guy who didn’t know how to do the refund. The same guy that was cussing about how much the job sucked while walking past the drive-thru line and sitting by the dumpster. Ultimately this is a corporation problem not an individual one but this location is extra s***** right now if you can try another Wendy’s before or after this one you will be better served. Also the server Judith, she was clearly overworked and under supported, she takes that out on the customers and does not give a s*** about how it affects them even when it was clearly her mistake. Won’t be back here end of story.

The employees were very rude. There got our order wrong at first. Since it was take out, after they corrected the order, we went to the car and started eating. I got the bacon double stack with no cheese and no ketchup. That is not what they gave me. So, I went back in to have them correct it for the second time. All they did was throw some bacon on it, rewrap it, and give it back. I was offended but I was done with this place so I just took it and left.

It’s ok. They can’t ever get my orders correct through the drive through. Burgers cold after they’re supposedly freshly made after pulling to the side for an extra 5+ minutes to wait for food. After waiting for it, you’d think it’d be warm and correct. NOT A CHANCE

I got sick off the burger. I ordered a Ceasar salad and a biggie meal. The fries were hot but you can tell the grease needed changing. They looked burnt. I didn’t get the right burger but I didn’t complian but after a hour I got nauseous. The salad had the end of the iceburg end in it. The whole meal was trash and I will not eat there again. I hardly eat at fast food places and this is way!

This was the worst experience of all times at a fast food restaurant. The employees were rude. I actually heard an employee say “he will get whatever I put in the bag”. In order to make two orders we would have had to drive around and get back in line. The employees were talking bad about the customers at the window. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism. And the food was terrible.

This is the THIRD TIME I’m getting burnt cooked Classic Chicken Sandwich. I get two of them and they are alway unedible. And I’m always receiving really greasy lids on my drinks, I think they just don’t care anymore. Called Wendys and Male Manager has a attitude. Very Unsatisfied.
