Why are the doors closed during business hours and during the busiest time of the day? These folks are not making sense, creating unnecessary lines.and not to mention they’re delayed picking up the intercom when you pull up have to wait some more.If my kids didn’t ask for it I would NEVER come here.

Sunday afternoon stop in for a quick bite to eat at Wendy’s on Buford Drive. Little did I know that this would turn into a disaster. I stood at the counter for over 20 minutes without a single person, acknowledging that I was standing there, even though several walked past, even the manager who is busy packing online orders and was aware that I was standing there didn’t say a word. And when they finally came up to take my order, there was not a single apology. What happened to good service?

I have to be honest, this isn’t just my opinion but also my family’s. The service wasn’t very good and when we got our food it didn’t come with straws and napkins. Another red flag is that when we tasted the frosties there was something off about them, they were spoiled which could food poison customers. Last problem was that even though there were many employees it took long for the food to arrive. After this happened, we all agreed that Wendy’s should be inspected by the public inspectors or we won’t come back until Wendy’s changes.

“Quality” is missing from the recipe at this Wendy’s. You will find a manager who puts more effort into jousting with customers than the energy required to satisfy a customer’s expectations for a hot meal.

The food has really slipped at this establishment. There is no dinning room service because they’re understaffed so all there is, drive up. I understand they will be getting a makeover soon so let’s hope that includes the food. I found that everything was dried out.

Absolutely disgusting and pathetic. The dining room looks like it has not been cleaned in months. There are Flys flying around all over the dining room and the smell is awful. The employees we all out back smoking when I pulled up. Very unfriendly when they came back in to take my order. A door dasher and 2 other customers came in right behind me. No one cooking or making the food. The lady that took my order kept yelling for someone that was obviously in the back or outside to come and make the food. There are no condiments in the dining room and the ketchup dispenser has dried up ketchup on it that looks years old. It was a mistake to stop in at this Wendy’s. Please avoid at all cost.

Just left there after watching the car in front of me order. I waited for 10 minutes with no service. Although I was the only car waiting. It was 10:15pm all the lights were off outside including on the sign and you couldn’t see the menu. Drove all this way for nothing. Never will I go to that location again. If I could give negative stars I would.

Worst experience at Wendy’s on Buford Drive today. Ordering took 10 minutes, screen did not work. Employee said “we ain’t got no meat”. Said we would have to wait to cook burgers which would have been fine because we were getting fresh burgers. Out of chocolate frosty. Pulled up to window with an employee having 1-2 inch fingernails which can’t meet any standard of sanitation in a restaurant. Employee handed us 5 frosties and a drink, asked us to pull forward and wait. No spoons or straws. After waiting several minutes no one brought anything out. We tried to go inside to get straw and spoons. Door was locked. So we went to window and asked. Began eating melted frosties and then realized drink was wrong, finally food comes out…COLD. Nothing in bag was hot or fresh. No sauce, no napkins. We asked for no onions, everything had onions. We should have cancelled order and got our money back after the first 10 minutes. We were there a total of 30 mins. Completely ridiculous. Food was gross. If I could give 0 stars I would. Calling Wendy’s corporate office Monday to get our money back.
