Today started out not too good for me. I had a vet appointment with my dog at 9:20am. I decided to stop at Wendy’s to get some breakfast. Upon arrival I checked on my dog and she had a huge accident! The kind lady, Allie helped me so much!!!! She brought me paper towels, 3 large warm waters and gloves!!!!! After I cleaned my dog up I decided to order some food! The food was so good! I got the chocolate frostycinno, potato wedges and a breakfast baconator! Allie also took my order and gave me the food! She was by far one of the most compassionate and friendly people I have meet this year!

The fries came out cold and we had the wrong order but the staff replaced our food and gave us free small frosties. They were so smiley and nice about it that we were not upset. Good job! Now THAT is great customer service!

Power was out at our house due to a storm so we decided to we would drive 11 miles to the new Wendys. We went inside to eat. When it was our turn to place our order the guy said nothing so my husband asked if he was ready for our order. He replies “no not really, I don’t even want to be here”. We watched our name make its way to the top of the list and saw two burgers laying on a tray. Same guy that took our order, gets fries, lays them on our tray then moves them to the tray of the people behind us inline and calls their name. He unwraps the burgers on our tray twice before finally putting fries on our tray. My husband was standing near by but the guy never called our name or made a motion to indicate hubby should take possession of the tray. By then our food was less than hot. For Wendy’s sake, I hope that guy no longer works there. Very disappointing experience and meal. Oh, did I mention the drink machine was out of Dr. Pepper? lol. Next power outage, we are eating peanut butter sandwiches at home on the dark.

We frequent this Wendy’s a lot, since it’s close than the one in Fort O, but not anymore. My son opened the lid on his baked potato, and found a long black hair. Part of it was in the cheese. How could they not see this, when they closed the lid? Also, I thought they were supposed to wear their hair up, if it’s long, or wear a hair net or something.

Since covid was so prevalent for so long many people didn’t want to work especially in fast food. This Wendy’s has always gone above & beyond. They called associates from other stores to pitch in & help. The food & the service never faltered. It is always hot fresh crispy or ice cold & spoon able which ever applies to the product you purchase. Attitude is always top notch.The restaurant is always clean They are exemplary !

Wendys in Chickamauga has been one of our favorites until our recent experience with one of the managers. My husband ordered a plain triple, after checking our food at the window we were given a loaded single. I showed the cashier and she brings back her manager. Her attitude was insanely ridiculous over something that could’ve been easily fixed. They took the sandwich back and scrapped off the toppings, added two patties. I knew this because ketchup etc was still on the bun. Meanwhile the manager continued to hassle us at the window. She complained that fixing the issue she would have to refund our money and then make us pay again, even though my receipt in hand showed I had already paid for a plain triple. It was very clear after speaking with her for several minutes she was on some type of drug. I’ve heard multiple people experiencing similar issues. We won’t be returning.

Would not and will not recommend going here for dinner. Ordered was wrong and when called to get it fixed and the other food replaced (since it would be cold by the time we got back) we were told we would have to deal with the other food if it got cold. We had not even started eating and told them we would return the first order. I believe Wendy’s needs to revaluate there choice on the night manager.
