Came by at 11:30pm at night. Had a hankering for the big bacon classic burger. Just wanted it by itself. I was told the price on the menu I was looking at was a $1 dollar less than what the actual price was. They weren’t going to tell me but I always order my food by quoting the price with it. They would have waited till I got around to paying for me to discover they charged me a $1 Dollar too much. So then I started asking about other prices on the menu. Turns out all the prices are cheaper than what they actually ring up at the register! So I finally settled on a junior bacon cheeseburger for $3 bucks! I thought some fries might go good with that so I ordered the Baconator fries. I was told they don’t have sauce & they don’t have cheese! Why are they open this late at night if they ran out of sauce & cheese?! Got my junior bacon cheeseburger for $3 bucks & bit into it, the bun was stale! I mean hard as a rock! This is unacceptable! At the window, I was not greeted, I wasn’t even looked at! The guy that took my money was having a conversation with somebody else. He never even counted my money. Ridiculous!

We stopped for lunch. After waiting over 10 minutes in line, with only 1 person ahead of us

During my visit the dining room team here struggled (the drive-thru was hummin’). My order was confused with six other guests… twice. An employee took charge amongst the confusion and got the orders knocked out quickly as they could. Ultimately the food was good, even if by this time my fries were a bit cold.

If there was one word to describe everyone working at this location it would be RUDE. Had a total of 6 meals in my order. 6 different drinks including Fanta orange, Hi-C, Dr Pepper and Coke Zero.i asked which drink was what so that I’m not drinking someone’s drink and then hand it to them and say oh this isn’t mine. The two girls at the drive through rudely said “i don’t know we have too many orders and too many drinks to make, you’re going to have to taste them all and figure it out” okay I’ll figure some stuff out with corporate as well. Avoid this location.

This place is almost always closed, it’s filthy and you’re limited to only five or so drinks. I stopped by at 8:15 pm on Saturday to find the restaurant doors locked. It’s sad that it is fairly new, yet the condition of the inside looks worse that the one on Walton Way near the hospital downtown. It is reasons like this that the Wendy’s across the street from this one on Washington Road closed. It was there for years but was at least “open late” as advertised. The employees are ALWAYS BICKERING, especially towards the male manager.

It was fast food. Walked in to make a take out order at lunch and had to repeat myself 4 times to the girl behind the cash register. Even then she still rang me up wrong. Thankfully I was not in a hurry and they corrected it but still wasn’t very fast or very good.

Service was very slow, employee was less than pleasant, no straw or napkins received and when I requested apples with the Kid’s Meal I was told they did not have any. When I asked what we could choose in place of apples, the employee replied that I “must be confused, this is not McDonalds”.

It really sucks that customers have to deal with mediocre service anywhere, most especially at a previously favorite fast food chain. It seems that Wendy’s over priced, otherwise great, burgers are not on my radar anymore. If I receive mediocre service (or worse), it no longer matters to me if I liked what was offered because I won’t continue subjecting myself to unfriendly people, nor will I continue to make sure they receive a paycheck by remaining a customer. Great customer service goes A LONG WAY in repeat business — no matter what the business is. It would benefit leads, managers, and upper level HR personnel to think about reimplementing quality customer service training initiatives again. DONE.

Update, still terrible service and they didn’t have their truck order in so they were almost out of everything. Food was hard and dried out. The few people working the front counter that weren’t standing around talking, didn’t know how to process a refund either. The men’s bathroom was a disaster but they said they’d clean it.

Food took a bit longer than expected. Maybe a 15 minute ticket time. The cashier seemed new and undertrained. He rang in $0.30 more than I gave him, which altered how much the register told him to give me back. He called another employee over for help, and the other employee told him to give me the extra .30, and they’d just owe it later.
