Make sure you check your food immediately. They’re serving people old dried out meat, when I called to tell them about it, the boy who claimed the be the manager hung up on me scared they got busted. I called back later and I was told by a girl manager(2 managers on a Monday night?) that I was unhappy with the food and that I wanted a refund. She refused and told me to come in the next day to talk to another manager. So I did and this next girl manager with rotting teeth was unprofessional and refused to refund my money for inedible food. Be very weary of this Wendy’s until they change management and have proper training on food safety.

I’m honestly disappointed. I stopped going to Wendy’s a long time ago for the very same reasons I won’t be going back after this visit. Take a little pride in your job. If you wouldn’t eat it, DO NOT SERVE IT!!! The frosty was nothing more than liquid goo and not even cold and I poured it out (I even live close!), the fries were limp and greasy and not hot and crispy, burger patties were dry and just disgusting. There were 3 ice cubes in my dad’s lemonade. The quality of the food and the price just really doesn’t match up at all. I personally will not be eating at Wendy’s again. I honestly feel like I’m owed a refund. It was like throwing $26 in the trash.

As someone who is visiting I’m really disappointed in the poor service, response time, and lack of preparedness of the team at this location. The worst Wendy’s I’ve ordered from yet and I love Wendy’s for inexpensive good food with decent service. But this place..They took far too long to respond just to take my order. But the worst part is they were missing parts of my order and I’m assuming the lead or manager had the audacity to get upset upset for the store’s incompetence. The only positive thing is the forgotten fries were replaced with hot fresh fries brought out to us.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! We waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru (with only 2 cars ahead of us) then when we get to the speaker the man doesn’t say anything for a ridiculous amount of time. I order, which they were out of several things, finally get to the window and get my food and drinks, with no straws! I open up the food and it is COLD!! Also why do I pay extra for a medium fry when they can’t even fill the container up half way!! We will NEVER be back here!!

This place is absolutely horrible!! Never go there. The employees have a I don’t care attitude. No sense of urgency and they are not busy no one in drive thru yet take so long to do anything. You can see they have friends there in the back. Young people with no uniforms behind the counter. Employees sitting down inside more then one seemed like the entire staff taking a break and treats the customer like we are an inconvenience! Seems like there needs to be better management!! YOUR LOSING MONEY. Evaluate your establishment and clean house!!

Out of over half my $60 order. So had to substitute lesser value items. Then after we got home I realized the chips to my taco salads were expired… tasted old and stale. Didn’t even get my salad dressings nor silverware or straws. Will not be back.

The absolute worst. I can not believe this location has not been closed down. Look at previous, horrible reviews. So where to begin with my horrendous experience? The drive-through menu is falling apart. The glass windows on the menu box are open and hanging off and the menu is only partially showing. As such, I tried to order from memory. I ordered the Strawberry Salad and was told that they weren’t serving salads now. Really? None? No salads? I tried to order the BOGO Dave’s Single showing on the sign out front and was told it wasn’t available any longer. The person taking the order had zero care in the world about any of these issues. I finally told him I was going to McDonald’s and he said “Good night.” As I passed the drive-through window, I saw a lot of teens goofing around. I saw this issue in previous posts. It’s sad, because some Wendy’s locations are actually reputable. And I do live for a yummy Frosty. I won’t be getting one on A1A again though… ever. Avoid this location!

On April 15, 2022 at 230 pm, at the A1A & 312 location, I ordered 2 Bacon Double Stack sandwiches which cost me $7.65. I was headed to work and once I got settled went to eat my order. My order was completely incorrect, I did not get a receipt, your window staff member was embarrassingly unprofessional, unkempt, and disrespectful. I tried calling within 20 mins of my visit, multiple times with no answer. In my humble opinion, you (Wendy’s) have just demostrated why I dont frequent fast food establishments. But because I was in a hurry getting to work, I decided to give Wendy’s a try, and you validated my reasons for NOT spending my money at your type of establishment. I will just consider my visit today a donation and you can bet I WILL NEVER utilize Wendy’s as a food choice option ever again where my money is concerned. Thank you for nothing and have a Great Day!!
