Absolutely disgusting. I’m not one to complain but this was unacceptable. People standing around coke spilled at entrance trash over flowing. Water on floor stale fries with some kind of white looking chunk . Could be salt but who knows. Manager was telling people they didn’t have to eat here. I agree.

I am not one to complain and am usually an understanding person but my experience was very unacceptable. The phone conversation I had when I called the store to check on my curbside pickup order was so unprofessional. Once I approach the counter it just got worst. Not even worth writing a review. I waited over 20 minutes for two frosties! No hair nets. Food was cold and the hamburger patty was hard and dry, way over cooked. Calling corporate!

I’ve tried this Wendy’s a few times as it is closest to my home. I understand labor and product issues but these things seem to be frequent here. They are always out of something! Cashier’s are not friendly- but not rude or anything. I used to manage restaurants and if we ran out of something I’d borrow it from a nearby store or for peeps sake grab a bag of onions from Costco or Sam’s. This week there’s no sodas, onions, receipts. My husband went again today and not only was the food barely warm they barely put toppings on them. Even after complaining they didn’t fix the other sandwiches. Like why would you send food out like that? Not hot and barely toppings. Plus the chicken sandwiches have gone cardboard. Wendy’s needs to do better and they need to stay on top of ordering. There’s no other restaurants with so many issues so stop blaming the economy… that only lasts for so long.

The food was excellent, the employees were awesome and the ordering kiosk was a new and interesting experience. We’ll be living near there soon and plan on making it a regular stop. Fast food is difficult work and we really appreciate the ladies who were working today.

Visited the drive through April 8th at 8:30am. When I pulled in the young man said go ahead. I said good morning and he was quiet for a long time. I gave my order and nothing. He didn’t say your total is….pull around…. Nothing. I know it’s fast food and not every fast food is Chic-F-La when it come to customer service, but my goodness. It was 3 young men and they have beyond horrible customer service. My 3rd time here and it’s the same.

Food was ok, it’s a Wendy’s. But for what appears to be a relatively new building it looked run down. Doesn’t look like the window at the drive thru had been cleaned in months or they had cleaned it with leftover milkshakes. Not very appetizing. Pride of “ownership” appears lacking here.

The worst Wendy’s experience ever! Food was cold. They were out of ice and did not mention that when ordering. We were stuck with warm beverages. We waited in line for so that we didn’t want to bother with another 5 minutes for the young cashier to get a manager to reimburse me for two drinks. It’s just one more dying food chain!!!
