This place is a complete joke. Besides sitting at the drive thru menu forever when there is no one else getting food at the windows, while one of the employees is hanging out talking at one of the other cars in the drive thru, the food was inedible.

I arrived around 10:00 pm, Wednesday June 7, first, what we ordered was not available (cheese baked potato and sour cream and chives potato) we had to change the menu at the pick-up window because we had already paid, so we they asked me to park a little further up the road to wait for the new order to be prepared, and 15 minutes later we came back to the window and…..everyone was talking and laughing and had forgotten about us. This is a disgustingly dirty place. It smelled horrible, floor was dirty and sticky anywhere you walked. They were completely out of cup lids and straws. Most drinks in the machine were empty. Trash piled up so full you couldn’t put anything in it. The place was empty for hours so not like they had a mad rush. Had to ask for new food because the dirty looking guy preparing and serving did not wear gloves and his hands touched my food after handling money…that is against health regulations and just gross anyway. I drive by here several times daily on my route and notice there is never any business happening here. Never will come back!

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered through the app to pick up some food for my kids while we were running errands. Spent over 15 minutes in the line and watched 3 cars leave the drive-thru line within that time frame. Finally get up to the window and I’m met with extreme attitude from the boy at the speaker as well as some girl. Ended up canceling my order and going to McDonald’s.

I worked here and it’s honestly the most disgusting and difficult place to work or even eat at..Everyone there from drive thru- fry makers are horrible and miserable people, very mean, never stopped gossiping and even got to the point of physical altercations with my fellow friend/co-worker, dirty bathrooms, team members handling food without gloves, and our GM even got fired for drinking on the job! very ghetto place and very unprofessional I didn’t even make it 2 weeks before I quit.

Took forever to get food and then they didn’t even get our order right if I could give no stars I would all the all the sandwiches were missing bacon and tomato! They asked three times what we ordered! Like don’t you have a screen in front of your face or did you just put the order in wrong too! But this isn’t the first time they got our order wrong! It’s like the fifth hints the review this time! I’ve been patient with these folks but they seriously need a new manager or something!

Pulled up to drive thru and asked for all food to be made fresh “cooked to order” to be exact. My husband and I ordered a #6 and #12. We pulled up to window and sat at the window for about 5 minutes give or take. An associate finally came to window to hand us our drinks, then told us to pull up and they would bring our food out to us. We sat there for a few more moments and the same associate came out and handed us the food and took off back un the store with out saying anything (not a thank you or anything). So we opened our bags and our fries were cold and rubbery and our sandwiches felt like they were sitting out for a while. I went back in to ask for the associates to remake food. One female associate grabbed my fries and said it will be a wait. I asked for my refund instead and the manager was called. The manager came up and offered to remake food several times and I kept refusing because I was too frustrated at this point. Manager asked me to give her my form of payment and receipt. I gave her my card and told her they never gave me my receipt. She went to the back to process my refund and mistakenly recharged my card for when trying to refund. She told me that she refunded the money twice back to my card. She then kept asking if she could make my food for me and I gave in and said yes. She told me to wait in car and she would bring it out to me. She came out with my food and she said she stuck some nuggets in nag for inconvenience and apologized. Then we go to reach in bag and the fries are hot and fresh. Great!. But then I reach for the free nuggets and they were cold and my sandwich was hot, but not cooked in the middle. This was the worst experience ever. I left there and went to Chik Fil A where my food is made hot and fresh without me having to ask for it to be that way and done right the first time. I will NEVER EVER return back to this location again. I will always think twice before returning to any Wendy’s for that matter. There needs to be something done. PERIOD

Terrible service, manager was rude and refused to serve us being the only car in line. We had to drive around 3 times for our orders but no one was in line so what was the point?! A worker was outside SMOKING A JOINT on the job and the workers (INCLUDING the manager) knew about this, and lied about what he was doing saying he was getting something from the freezer when CLEARLY he wasn’t…. Very rude staff and shut the window on us. When we went inside before all of this not knowing it was closed to use the freshly cleaned bathroom, DEAD ROACHES were in the stalls?! How is that clean? Very ghetto place and the food smelled burned mixed with a hint of weed from the drive through before they shut the window on us. DON’T eat here and fire ALL current staff that shift. Would give zero stars if i could….

Ordered take out. Classic chicken. They gave me spiced. Could not it eat it so hot. Ordered chili and chips. No noticeable meat. Lots of beans. Chips stale. Expiration was two weeks ago. Unlikely would eat there again.

Waited 20 min at drive-thru to make order, according to them because of a shift change. To get to windows and be told they had run out of salad and grilled chicken. Waited another 20 min for a refund, all this while employees chit-chated a giggled.
