Drive thru. Order a $6 box. Sweet tea was not Sweet. 3 nuggets not 4 like advertised. Had to spit out a nugget. It was barely warm and like rubber. Fries tasted like they were cooked on old grease. The burger was cold. Avoid this location at all costs. You are better off getting microwaved food at the Gate station across the street. Or just throw your money out the window as you drive by. Horrible!

Disgraceful. Placed an online order before I arrived. Waited at the menu board for about 10 min with no response then pulled up to the window to an employee sitting on their phone going out of their way to ignore me and not even acknowledge my presence even after trying to talk to them and get there attention and even honking the horn. Finally I just canceled the order and left. Don’t waste your time here, this Wendy’s is particularly bad and worse than usual even by Wendy’s standard.

One star off for giving me wrong sauce twice. Besides that, the servers are pretty good at this location. Ms. Vivian was nice and helpful. Good service from her. There is this good server who is pregnant and works in the weekend. That is admirable.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in over a year and was excited to get a hot & juicy Dave’s Double with fries and a Frosty. We went through the drive-through, and the guy in the window was a robot. What a joke, no greeting, no words, just hands us our order. The food was a total let down. No receipt, no ketchup for the fries, no spoon for the Frosty. I have to agree with the other reviewers, management needs to go back to the service academy. $14 for a mediocre burger, OK fries, and a frosty with no spoon. I will save my money and go some place else for a hot & juicy burger, but not this place.

This is got to be, hands-down, the worst Wendy’s in Jacksonville. The only thing I can figure is that the owner doesn’t really care at all about the service. We sat in line for 10 minutes when somebody complained, the order taker said if you don’t like the service, you can take your order elsewhere. Absolutely unbelievable. I wanted to give this location another chance because they’re convenient, but that’s it for me. Disappointed every time.

My husband and I decided to stop by and go through the drive-thru for a burger. When we got to the second window the young man, a light-skinned black gentleman with an afro, NEVER even spoke a word to us, just took my husband’s card, never said thank you and no smile whatsoever, very drab. We had to ask for napkins because he put none in the bag and a Wendy’s Burger is fabulous but it is wet with condiments. And even after we paid and we’re ready to leave he still never said thank you to us at all which made us feel like he could care less that we were there to do business which allows him to have a job. The only great thing about our experience that day was we immediately were able to get up to the second window and the burgers tasted great!

Was in line for 45mins yesterday, when we finally reached the speaker after waiting for about 5mins said hello & was told “Our computers are down & we don’t know when they’ll be back up”. We notified everyone behind us because we were not given that courtesy & drove away with no Wendy’s. Decided on Subway in Waldo & after speaking to them about it they said “again?” because the same thing happened the day before.

Went thru drive thru at San Jose location. Wanted a drink but saw strawberry frosty was available so I ordered a half chocolate and half strawberry and it was delicious! I hadn’t had a frosty in years.
