Jalapeño popper salad didn’t have jalapeños. Forgivable. Didn’t have bacon. Didn’t have the right cheese. Chicken was cold. ROTTING LETTUCE. That’s the final straw. Check it out for yourself. Photos attached. Stay clear of this place. That’s not just dark greens. It’s not “just” browning edges. It’s rank and rotting.

This is the service we get. Hair in my fries. I know it’s fast food and I shouldn’t expect anything more but at the end of the day it’s keeping the customer happy not getting them sick. A friend of mine found a bug in her salad at the Wendy’s on 9 th ave last week.

Was disappointed in both customer service and products. On TV, it is advertised that they have Dollar breakfast biscuits. I’m sure it is in the fine print but it was not clear that there was a limit of five. To get additional, one has to pay the full price. Since there were three of us, we wanted 6 in order to have a good wholesome breakfast before starting our day.

Went to this Wendy’s today and the door was locked at 1pm. There were only two people eating inside. The customer eating opened the door. When asked why the door was locked the lady at register said it’s because they’re short handed and don’t have the people. At the time maybe 6 cars in the drive through. I counted about 5 people working in there. People were trying to get in the restaurant but it was locked. They put no note on the door nothing. When asked if I could let this lady and her son in they never even answered me. To me I don’t think it was just short of staff but bad management and laziness.

It was late, we really wanted spicy chicken sandwiches and the first Wendy’s we went to wouldn’t even say hello so we left, par for the course in service in this town we have noticed. We took the chance and they took our order right away, they were so nice and the food was great! Will definitely go to this location again.

The girl who took my order was very nice and polite. She was new.. She had a question on how to do something so she asked the manager working on shift. The manager acted like she couldn’t be bothered with her and was brushing her off… How is the girl supposed to learn if you don’t teach her? She acted like she was too busy getting fries to help. Sad. Other than that, my experience was good. Good was good.

Only go to this Wendy’s if you want to wait 30 min at the drive thru and receive an incorrect order. This was a total mess of an experience! I should of followed the truck in front of me and drove away! I went to the 9 Mile location to try the new Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger and there was 1 car in front of me and they decided to leave the drive thru and then I was there and the person said their computer froze and they had to reboot, so that is understandable, but overall it took 30 minutes for drive thru and it was just a mess. The person came on and did not know the sandwich came in a burger version that is displayed on the sign, he tried to sell me the chicken version. I ordered a single patty big bacon cheddar cheeseburger and the total was $6.98 which seemed a little higher for just a sandwich and I think he was trying to charge me for a drink as well, but I was going to pay for it to try it since it was new. Then when I got my food, it was incorrect and got a double patty bacon cheeseburger instead which is not what I wanted or what I paid for. There are several reviews that indicate this is an ongoing problem too. This place needs to do better.

I was denied service. The employees were very rude. I sat at the menu board in my car for serveral minutes and no one ever greeted me. I drove around to the second window. The two employees i saw in the kitchen looked but could careless that i needed to place a order. Many other car were denied service as well. The two employees choose to serve whomever they thought was worth enough. If you want food untampered with or service at all, this is not the company to order from.

The Wendy’s on 9 mile road was amazing. I am from PA and I have to say out of all the other Wendy’s I’ve ate at, this one had the best tasting food. The baconator was not greasy at all – actually looked like the commercials I see which I always thought was an unreasonable expectation. Great staff, touch screens to order (we don’t have these back home), love the drink dispenser with the different flavoring options, clean facility!

At the peak of lunch hours, there was apparently no food ready. Other than the customers in my vehicle, at least three other vehicles left the line after placing their orders. After waiting no less than 30 minutes for my passengers’ orders to be served., they ended up requesting a refund. Even that took an additional 6 minutes for them to process.
