Service was terrible. They were playing with the drive thru speaker. I think about 3 people answered within a 5 minute wait. They gave me my food and forgot my drink, then I had to wait for a straw. Here’s a pic of my Southwestern Avocado Salad. It’s missing a lot of stuff including chicken and avocado. Oh and they ran out of the Southwestern dressing.

More attention needs to be paid to the dining area. It was empty yet ALL the tables were filthy and the floor extremely sticky. There is also a high risk of cross contamination as one should not handle any form of payment and then go and handle food without putting on gloves. It is also unsanitary and unhealthy to put condiments on top of a person’s open food (fries or nuggets). No one likes getting cold fries and burgers so maybe the company needs to invest in better equipment or service current equipment to work properly.

Absolutely disgusting…….these people always mess up our order in the drive thru but this time they really got me good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and they served me raw chicken. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it was raw because of the spicy breading. I thought the weird texture was just a soggy tomato but it was raw chicken. Now I’m not feeling good…… not looking forward to the next few days. I hope I don’t get salmonella. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone at all.

Ordered $60 dollars worth of food for my whole family. 2 burgers were made wrong. My chicken was made on a dirty grill. 1 burger was rare… All the fries were cold after waiting on food to be remade & they had no cup holders for my 6 drinks. Josh had no remorse or care either… no one did.The worst part? They forgot my baby’s toy!
