Went here and waited 2hrs for my food and never received my food through the drive through. I paid and was told to park. After 30mins I got out and asked what was going on. They said they had no history of my order and never gave me a receipt so I had to argue with them that they charged my card. Me and a bunch of other people had to get out of our cars to reorder. I waited another 30mins and then had to wait in line for another 30 minutes inside before I could talk to a manager. The manager continues to deny I ordered so I had to show him the charges on my card before he would refund me… literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I never even got my food and wasted 2hrs of my life.

After a long day of work I decided to come to Wendy. And after pulling up to the speaker I was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic young men. As soon as I got to the first window a very polite young men took care of my order and wish me away. As I got to the second window two hard working young men effectively work together to take care of my food and give it to me. My Dave combo was very fresh and delicious. Before I drove away I manage to get the name of the three young men working hard that night. The names were Kenneth, and the two young men name Enrique

For some inexplicable reason, they don’t give receipts and they never remember what you order through the drive-thru. Every time I’ve gone through the drive-thru, they take my order, I pay at the first window, and the second window asks me what I ordered. I tell them, and they ask me to park. Someone else comes out a few minutes later to ask me again, and then they finally bring out the food. Happens to other cars in the drive-thru in front and behind me as well. Last time I was here, took over an hour to get my food.

By far one of the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Went inside to pickup a mobile order. Staff does not greet you, they do not even acknowledge you until the manager came around and asked one to take orders at the front counter. The kid working the drive-through window had long hair that looked dirty and unkempt, not tied back, no hair net. Wore a hat but the hair was down surrounding his face and down the front of his shoulders. Was not making food but serving frostys and getting drinks. The manager has really long hair but at least kept it down her back as she tended to the deep fryers. Staff walks around as with no motivation or energy. All seemed lethargic. Food tasted good but the burger sat there ready for about 10 minutes while I was finally helped so the temp was not great. Fries were fresh and hot at least thanks to the manager at the fries station. This is now on the list of Wendy’s locations never to return to again. Needs a lot of help.

Honestly this Wendy’s turned me off to Wendy’s in general. Bathrooms had pee all over the seats that’s clearly been sitting there for days. The bread was moldy and killed my appetite. Coffee was extremely watered down. Just gross.

This location is very clean workers are Very polite and are hard workers I usually have no problem with the order being wrong the employee Matthew is very attentive I’ve been to this location through the drive thru multiple times and it was the same gentleman who gave me a quick and friendly service , although one thing I would like to point out bout this location Is Ive seen employees sitting in dining area talking rather then in the back working or sitting down in the back only unprofessional scene and service thus far .

Today I went to my local Wendy’s expecting to be served properly. When I go up to the counter, I start off by saying, “Hi! How are you?” No reply, he is looking on his phone. Not even an acknowledgment of my existence. After I few seconds, I say, “Hello.” Trying to at least get this kids attention. “What?” He replies. Ok, this is fine, rude, but fine. I continue to order. This kid is still looking at his phone while I am ordering, he has both airpods in. I’m starting to loose my patience. You’ve lost a customer. Thank you, Chace. Manager, please talk with Chace. He needs to be put in place.
