I had the misfortune of encountering a manager named Andrew at Wendy’s and it was a nightmare. He was extremely unprofessional and rude to both customers and employees. He had no regard for the cleanliness of the restaurant and seemed to have an overall negative attitude towards his job. I witnessed him belittling and berating his staff, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. It’s clear that Andrew is not fit to be in a management position and I strongly believe that he should be fired immediately. He physically threw sauce at my boyfriend and we are thinking of pressing charges!

OMFG there were like 1000 Flys swarming around pitching on food. I told the girl at register and left she could care less . I went to this Wendy’s to pick up my mobile order on 06/30/2023 I pulled Into the drive through to let them know I was there to pick up my order the lady speaking over the mic was very unpleasant I pulled up to the drive through window to get my order the same lady proceeds to tell me they don’t have anything I ordered and that it’s not her fault that they don’t have it then she’s says oh you can cancel your order through the app which I promptly did and I left then today 07/01/2023 I see on my bank account the order was completed and I did not receive my refund so I reach out to the restaurant to try and talk to a manager and I should have known the level of incompetence in this place I called and asked to speak to a manager the person on the phone tells me what do I want her to do wow are you serious I don’t want anything but my money back for the food I never received how dare these people they steal my money by not giving me my refund and then have the nerve to be rude this place needs a whole new staff ridiculous the staff just doesn’t care and they have very poor customer service skills the manager this morning needs to be fired because she’s supposed to help not make it worse

Food is hit or miss here. It’ll either b fresh or old as heck. Only reason I’m giving 3 is they have great energy, it’s just the food is never consistent. And to those thinking just ask for it fresh, I have, and still received it cold. Lived in this area for about 1yr and a half and wendys is my favorite fast food joint. But because of their food, I remember there was a point id drive to another one (15m away) for fresher food. Considering I think that’s their big selling point, was disappointed on that front a number of times coming here. Other than that they have great customer service, but that doesn’t always bring ppl back.

Everything was overcooked. I ordered a fish meal. Instead of my fish party being a golden brown, it was more like a dark, burnt sienna. Same with the fries. About half of them were the same burnt sienna color and hard… inedible. So the meal was not enjoyable at all.

I Ordered the Asiago ranch sandwich only thing I ordered and they messed it up. They added they littlest amount of ranch possible which left the satin which so dry I couldn’t even get it down my throat. The icing on the cake was that they didn’t even remove the paper wrapper from the cheese so if I eat the sand which I’d also be disgusting paper. TERRIBLE I’d advise checking your food from this place before eating it or don’t bother.
