I don’t go into this Wendy’s, so I don’t know atmosphere wise. However, out of all of the nearby Wendy’s locations, the service is great. Other Wendy’s locations have messed up my order multiple times, but not this location. They’re usually really friendly, unlike other locations. If this location would be farther than others, I would specifically go to this one. Only thing I’d say is that their chicken nuggets need some help. Usually they’re fluffy, yet crispy. But, when I ordered them, they tasted microwaved or more soggy. Usually, their nuggets are seasoned really well. These tasted a bit more bland. Gave a 4 star due to the chicken nuggets not being the standardized Wendy’s nuggets.

Very friendly service. My mom really enjoyed her breakfast. We went through the drive thru. She ordered one of the frosty coffee drinks in addition to her meal. She liked everything. The restaurant looked clean and tidy. The girl at the pick up window was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The food was great when they finally took our order and we eventually got to eat it. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I ordered a double stack and chili and they were yummy. I noticed that they’ve made several changes to their menu including no longer having grilled chicken sandwiches or side salads. That was disappointing and makes it more difficult to find anything that works with a healthy diet.

Didnt receive utensils for a salad. Literally having to eat a salad with my hands with all of the ranch dressing on my fingees, Also they denied my their new queso fries and said they only had cheese fries. In my bag, I received a fry carton and a side of cheese sauce instead of the normal container they put it all in together. Very lazy. We also waned to order a chicken sandwhich but they were out of chicken patties for the day, at 3pm. Thats half of their menu…

Can’t beat a buy one get one baconator on the app, so I tried it out. Sandwich pretty much lived up to its name. Maybe too much meat for my old bones. Anyhow, staff was friendly, as I told them stories of ancient Wendy’s and how they used to have salad bars. I like that they had a trash can outside so I could unload some junk on the way in to order my food.

They made my sandwich wrong. Took it up to the counter to get it corrected. The guy at the counter was very polite and apologized, but the guy from the kitchen came up and had an attitude. Anyways, they remade my sandwich and it was still wrong, but closer than the 1st time so I went with it. The restaurant seemed clean and well maintained.

They are poorly ran. Needs a complete overhaul. Employees sit outside smoking weed every single night. System is down all the time. Closes early. I made a night visit for myself and my mom and dad. Sat at the speaker. Eventually someone came and said our system is down. My mom went the next night. She sat at the speaker no one said anything. She pulled to the window and someone made a common gesture to say they’re closed without opening the window. It was on Friday at 12:15. She ended up going to checkers one half block over. Every male has their pants down or oversized sweaters. No one seems to care about uniform policies. If you go during the day, you’ll definitely see management sitting in the lobby doing nothing. One employee told another to take the hoodie off his head, the manager said. Don’t bother my employees if I don’t have a problem with it.. I can guarantee no one will respond to this post.

Food was ok not up to the usual standard of Wendy’s. Service could have been better, food was slow to come out and employee were not engaging or friendly. The restaurant was not well kept the restrooms were dirty and men’s room flooded. The drink station was dirty and not well kept and drink machines were sticky and sour smelling from the drains.
