This is a decently nice Wendy’s restaurant as it has pretty updated facilities, however it is not taken care of very well. Cleaning is sparse and not very thourough and the floor is ALWAYS sticky which has a pretty gross feeling to walk on. The counters are sticky and the tables are usually nasty. I am a regular customer here only because of its proximity to my job and home so I can speak from general experience here. Employees can be rude occasionally or take a while to get orders complete. The order is always right though and it aleys tastes good and fresh. I would recommend other Wendys locatuons in the area that have much nicer facilities and well kept dining areas. Otherwise just go to McDonalds acriss the street.

This location is clean, the food is good, and the atmosphere is actually pretty good for a fast food restaurant. There’s even a cute seating area. The staff was extremely accommodating of my sister’s dietary restrictions. (She’s got several food allergies and the staff took extra special care to keep her food safe AND tasty!)

Horrible service!!! Entire $30 order was completley messed up. Was sold 4 cheeseburgers and received all hamburgers beacause they were “out of cheese” and it “takes too long to explain to everyone”. Looked like someone wiped their a$$ with my sandwich wrapper, literally! Won’t go into all details because the list of mistakes goes on and on, all served with a poor attitude. Manager assured me that I could come back for a full replacement meal even though I didn’t have a receipt because their printer was down and they could not provide me with one. When I went a week later to redeem my replacement meal, it was denied….shocker! Will never be back. Hopefully they can get it together.

I just left there. Ordered a Coke zero the Coke was flat. I ordered French toast sticks. They forgot to add syrup to the bag. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit when I opened up what was supposed to be a biscuit it was bacon and cheese on a bun. I’ve called up there three times with no answer. If I wasn’t already on 75 I would have turned around. Waste of time and money.

Trapped On Vacation
The shift manager working today (Monday labor day) was the most unprofessional person I have encountered in the hospitality industry. From the moment my partner and I walked in the restaurant, she was deep in conversation boasting that she gets a guaranteed 40 hours to the employees on the shift and that if she needs to cut people she’s going to cut people and her hours are safe.

Just got back from the drive thru in Wendy’s and the girl who was taking my order was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t know the menu changed and instead of making a suggestion she just kept saying “no we don’t have that” in a rude manner. When I get to the window there is no greeting just hand out waiting for payment. Then proceeded to hand me my cup and straw without looking. The food wasn’t fresh and the sprite taste like carbonated water. Won’t be going back here and will inform the manager about my experience.

They say they are open until midnight (Sunday night), but no one taking orders around 11:15pm. I waited 3 or 4 minutes, other cars just left. When I finally decided to leave there seemed to be 2 or 3 employees sitting at the tables out front. I slowed down to ask if they were open, but they seemed to be laughing at me so I just left. If you don’t have the staffing to keep late hours, best to trim back your hours so people don’t go to the trouble of leaving home. This, combined with slow, slow service times at the Wendy’s farther west on 54 has convinced me – NO MORE WENDYS! Just so poorly run.

Watch out for this place- went with my daughter through the drive-thru the other night and they took my CC for awhile. Didn’t think too much of it, then I got home and realized someone was trying to use my CC to make purchases. I 100% know it was one of the workers, especially because they never charged me for the Wendy’s probably so they couldn’t get tracked.
