I stop about twice a month to this location for take out and there is never once I got an order without mistake. I’ve never really complain with the hi staff turnover in chain I suppose it happen. Today I decided to go inside to eat with my kids and the place had no AC inside, food was cold and dining room wasn’t super clean. Attaching a photos of the bathroom with the water leak.

Drive thru has got to be the worst experience ever. I spent over 1 hour waiting to place my order. I have never seen such a thing. If it wasn’t for my son wanting to eat Wendy’s I would have left. This has been getting worst as this is my local Wendy’s. Avoid coming during the week during 6-8pm. By the time you get your food you will be so aggravated that you will not enjoy it. Manager should be fired and a new staff should be put in place!!!

This Wendy’s used to be good. We stopped by today, 9/19/2022, at about 5:30pm and bought dinner for 4 of us. All the food was cold and nasty. They didn’t have their lobby open and no signs were posted on the door saying why. They didn’t have e any grilled chicken or frosty’s. I ordered abaked potato and asked for only butter to go with it. I got it home, no butter, only sour cream. I cut open the potato and it was rotten inside. I tried to fill out the customer complaint form online and nothing happened when I hit send. I included a photo of the potato they gave me. It’s so disappointing having to waste money like this. Especially during an inflation. Everything is increasing in price and it seems like the quality is getting worse.

Burger was fresh, the fries were cold and unsalted, and the drink machine needs to be worked on. The cashier was just standing at the register on her phone and not even in uniform. The first table I sat at that had just been wiped down had a wad of hair on it.

First off I would like to say, you guys should do better with hiring ADULT instead of children, how could you mess up a $5 biggie bag EVERTHING IN THE BAG DOWN TO STRAWBERRY LEMONADE WAS DISGUSTING. Oh and do ask to correct the order they get mad at you FOR MESSING UP YOUR ORDER.

I came to this store with my son. It took ten minutes for someone to take our order and that’s with us being the only customers in the store. All of the tables were dirty. I had to ask for the table to be cleaned. After he wiped the table I had wipe it to dry it. The ketchup dispenser was empty. One of the employees appeared to be out of uniform. He was wearing flip flops and sweat pants. There seems to be a complete lack of sense of urgency with employees standing around on their cell phones. Not impressed!

RAW HAMBURGER. Had already gotten home by the time we realized the food was inedible and wasn’t driving all the way back there, instead called the number on the receipt (numerous times now) but no answer. Left detailed feedback at “Talk to Wendy’s.com,” yet never heard from them despite my request that they follow up with me. Simply put, the entire meal was poor and the RAW hamburger inedible. I feel I should have received a refund for the burger if nothing else and at a bare minimum, a return phone call. Unacceptable on every level —food to lack of customer service.

I went last night to this Wendys around 9:08 pm. Ordered two 5 dollar biggie bags, both of them were a double stack plain. They took my payment and told me to pull forward, then after 5 minutes they told me to pull into a parking spot along with the cars behind me. The employees kept asking me what I ordered and apologizing for the long wait time. Around 9:30 pm my food still hadn’t come out and every other car had left and even new cars ordering left. When I finally received my food it was 9:40 and everything was super cold besides my nuggets. I was tired of waiting and didn’t want to wait any longer so I went to Burger King.
