With it’s modern remodel, this Wendy’s boasts numerous seating arrangements and the convenience of charging ports all throughout, and the option to order without a cashier makes the whole process much smoother especially since I usually order online. The food remains decent and the service short and sweet. Lastly, this facility is usually very clean.

New style design – cashier-less. Walk in and greeted by 2 table mounted kiosks for ordering. Small dining area with a communal feel. Modern, clean design. Freestyle Coke machine. Had some covered outdoor seating near the entrance.

This Wendy’s is very small but the food is good, the French fries are excellent, the best French fries I’ve had except maybe the fair or Strawberry Festival. We dined in and at the time you couldn’t use cash, maybe it’s changed. Oh and their salads and chicken nuggets are excellent. I’d go back!!

It’s taken a few days to write this review as I have been completely annoyed. I had a very large order and thought, “you need to go in and do takeout so that you are not holding up the drive thru.” We have all been there, waiting for our small order but someone ahead of you has a large one. So I went in, placed my order. The young person placed my large order including Frostys on the counter and I asked “What about my drinks?” She said, “you get those yourself.” WHAT….REALLY???? I JUST SPENT A TON OF MONEY. So I asked, “for this amount of food, you want me to get my own drinks?” She said “yes, we only get drinks for the drive thru.” I completely get that, but if someone is getting over $70 worth of take out, why wouldn’t you go the extra step? It will be a while before I go there again.

The food was disgusting. The manager who was upfront didn’t say a word as he walked back and forth in front of my wife and I while we waited to get our food. Handed us our bag and said nothing. Didn’t even ask if we needed ketchup or anything. The only reason our order was taken was because we did it ourselves. What a joke!

So I did an online breakfast order through the Wendy’s application. I ordered my food around 10:00 am and it processed my payment and stated I needed to be there by 10:30 because that’s when breakfast ends. I get there at 10:30 but I don’t get to the pickup window until 10:33 because of another guest in front of me and she had an issue with her payment on her phone. When I get there they inform me breakfast is over and I can no longer get my food. At that point I use wanted a refund and they inform me they cannot because I did it through the app. So I paid for food I never received. What a scam!!! Go to McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Subway anywhere, but this place!

This Wendy’s was redesigned towards customers in transit. It had less seating, but the taste of the food seemed better than previous Wendy’s I’ve eaten at. Being the closest Wendy’s to Legoland I suggest saving some money and picking up food on the way home.

I was very much so discriminated against and profiled today. It was embarrassing to say the least. Went through the drive thru to place my order and pay and when we got to the window we paid with a $50 bill fresh from navy federal and the young lady at the window (Shalinie) stated “well the money is fake because the machine won’t take it”. I was flabbergasted. Instead of just asking if there was another method of payment because the machine was having difficulties it was very unprofessional to assume my money was “fake”. My husband then proceeded to swap the $50 bill for another $50 bill from the very same bank and had no issue. The lady didn’t even apologize. Instead, when I asked her “so that bill is real huh” she proceeded to laugh and continue taking orders as if I weren’t speaking to her. This store obviously needs training with handling large bills, their machinery and customers.
