Atmosphere was not welcoming at all. Our order was taken wrong so we got the wrong food and when we told them about it they acted like we were wrong. BTheir customer service was non existant. We will never stop at this Wendy’s ever again.

I have gone through this stores drive-thru many times. But today when I saw the dining room was open today, I decided to give it a try. HORRIBLE MISTAKE, my wife ordered a potato and was told it was cooking after we received the rest of our food. We had no choice but to wait for the potato even though we had finished our meal, which was actually very good, fresh fries, and even friendlier customer service. However, while we were waiting on the potato, the entire environment was ruined by yelling coming from behind the counter. After several minutes another woman who I assume to be the owner locked all the doors and said we were free to stay inside. So I’m guessing the doors were closed at 3 because they have issues, behind the counter. I love eating here at this Wendy’s but today’s events left a sour taste in my mouth. Not too sure if we will come back to eat here. Hopefully this issue is resolved so no other paying customers have to deal with this type of environment and the dining room can remain open longer.

This Wendy’s was a real disappointment. Typically they pride themselves on having the freshest ingredients around. Not here. I ordered a taco salad and the lettuce was already starting to turn. In fact, when I opened up the take-out box containing the lettuce I got a whiff of rotting lettuce. I was hungry and tired so I ate it. Obviously I survived but won’t be going back.

We just moved to the area from Illinois and this was our first Florida Wendy’s experience. We ordered the Biggie Bag. This visit was quite disappointing beginning with the long wait in the drive thru line and wait at the window. The cashier did not ask to see my Wendy’s rewards card so I missed out on an opportunity for points. The Biggie Bag has the double steak burger and my mother’s burger only had 1 patty; see photo. As previous comments have said, the patties seem small. The chicken nuggets are completely different from the ones back in Illinois which is odd to me. The ones in Illinois are better and that may be the only thing better in that state than here in Florida. The French Fries were cold and floppy. We asked for mayonnaise on the burgers and they forgot that. Finally, there was no attempt to stir the pineapple mango lemonade. The flavoring was all at the bottom. My family loves Wendy’s. We go a couple of times a month, but we will not be returning to this location. Please please please do better.

Great food , very understaffed at the moment however, luckily they are very hard workers and do well at their jobs . Service will be awarded more stars once the drive through is functioning at a faster rate . Be prepared to wait 15- 20 minutes in the drive through.
