Finally tried this new location after leaving the beach. Friendly quick service right away at drive thru, order was hot and delicious and exactly as we ordered. The staff were jovial and very nice. The inside looked new and clean and open not all crammed. Lots of nice roomy parking spots and well lit at night. Also a very cool patio outside with lights and fans, will try that next time!

My experience just now was awful. We were told kiosk only to order. I choose the biggie bag and the Jr cheeseburger Deluxe available in that section. Well, it took 3 attempts to figure out that the combo option wasn’t available. I don’t know why it was an option. Again, had they been willing to take my order, I would not have had to deal with this frustration. Then, after waiting for 20 minutes to get our food, all the food was cold. I love Wendy’s but I will not be returning until I know I will receive at minimum, hot food. It’s sad when Burger King was a better experience than Wendy’s. I am not use to this. The manager seemed to lack any motivation or drive which I am sure is the cause of our terrible experience.

This was one of my best experiences at a Wendy’s ever. Not to mention I use to work by Wendy’s head quarters in Dublin Ohio. I’ve went to the Wendy’s literally across from global HQ and this was better in service and food. I came five minutes before lunch and the left was very nice she didn’t have to serve me lunch but did. Everything was so hot and fresh

Very lazy employees and poor service. There were 8 to 10 workers. No one had time to take our order, we were the only ones there. Instead they went into the patio area to smoke, it was 11:30am. Had to use a kiosk which is ok if folks are busy however they weren’t and when food came out it was incorrect and cold. We threw most of it in the trash. Place needs better management, that’s probably where the problem lies. Greeted everyone kindly but didn’t want to wait on anyone. Took orders from every other customer, the others had to use kiosk, there were only 4 orders folks about 5 minutes apart, nothing major. Nothing in the drive thru. Not busy for a reason I’m sure. Hopefully the owner will read this and adjust the number of employees who are drawing a wage but not applying themselves to the customers who actually pay their wages. No customers, no income, no wages folks, this includes you Ms. Manger.

The fat girl with black hair doesn’t want to work. She would rather say that their systems are down while she sits outside eating cheeseburgers. I’ve been twice now and this same girl has turned me away hours from closing. She should be fired!

Person at Drive thru cant take my order because the system isn’t up for the next 15-20 minutes. Absolutely no remorse just a monotone “sorry”. Not sure if the staff didn’t want the business or if they actually don’t care. Either way not great service.

Decided on a frosty went up employes were all gossiping laughing. was finally told one cant speak english, another wasnt clocked in will get mgr. never saw again, than you can only order by kisok but it doesnt take cash. Went through the drive thru. Ordered chili. Didn’t receive a spoon. Drove around to the front door to go in to get a spoon. A Wendy’s employee sitting out side informed me the lobby was closed. I asked if he would get me a spoon and he informed me that he was on break. I drove back through the drive thru and the drive thru employee was holding the spoon out the window. Obviously the employee I spoke with at the front entrance had came back in and informed the drive thru employee that I was coming back around to get the spoon. Question: If he could come back inside from break to inform the drive thru employee, why didn’t he come back inside to get me a spoon. Poor thinking and poor service.
