So I tried the new panko fish sandwich and it was okay. The filet o fish it is not. They overcooked it so my sandwich tasted like burnt. The lettuce is a nice crunchy touch and so is the panko, but the pickles felt like a bit much. The tartar sauce felt lacking. Overall the flavor was pretty bland but it was filling and not unpleasant.

Every once in a while we forget how much of a bad experience it is and try to get food again. Always messes up order. Cold and yet takes forever. They always want cash instead of using card. The place smells of weed if you go inside. 15 minutes for a burger+ is not fast food.

Took forever. They kept forgetting things for myself and everyone else who was also getting food at that time. They Ignored people when they asked questions or when missing food until they’d almost have to yell to get their attention. And even though me and a few others didn’t yell or raise our voice, they were extremely dismissive and rude. I ordered a lot of food, and they kept giving out small orders that came after me with the same food that would’ve made up my order, at least 12 different orders that came after me. All with the same food as me just in small quantities. Dont go there if you dont absolutely have to.

We ordered a bacon actor combo and a biggie meal. It took 15 minutes and the biggie meal burger and fries were cold. While waiting for our food 3 people came in from the drive thru line with wrong orders. 6 employees that I could see and very slow service. I will never stop at this Wendy’s again.

Wendy’s has definitely lost my business. Went in to eat and no person to give our order to, had the computers…got my order wrong because I hit the wrong buttons. (As of not being properly trained for that position ), no brewed tea, no toilet paper in bathroom, no place to get napkins or condiments.not given any, and had to go in search of garbage to discard our bags. The kid cooking was working his tail off. Another woke company that wants the customer to do more but yet they charge more. Burger was decent.

Twice I was given food that didn’t taste good. First, the fish sw. Smelled rotten and looked burnt. Took it back was given two chicken wraps with Soo much ranch dressing on it, I had to eat it like a salad instead and even then it was too much dressing. Been a loyal customer for 3 yrs now but I won’t be coming back if this is the quality of food your putting out there. Another customer was complaining the same time I was so I know I’m not just being a Karen. Y’all need to care about the quality of your food, not how fast your making it. The manager tried to make it right but her food service workers need better training. They obviously don’t know how to prepare good food.

Walked in with nobody in the store but me and my child. There were 6 or 7 employees and THREE were working. Two were outside, and the rest were standing around. I ordered at the touchscreen and waited for almost 20 min while they all chatted. There was one young lady with a nose ring running the entire store with another tall gentleman and they were doing there best to do drive thru and tend to me. The trash cans were literally overflowing, there were trays filled with trash on two tables since the cans were too full. And all but one table, which we sat at had “muck” on it. Had to fight several flies to get to my food before they did. Totally ridiculous experience. I’ll drive to the other location before ever coming back here again!

Consistently wrong food/ size. I clarify before I get to the window on size and food and it is still wrong, and it’s not worth going back because everyone in the drive thru has a bad attitude snatching cards to almost dropping food. On a new occasion how do you forget the sausage…
