I’ve gone to this wendy’s a few times now that it’s opened and every single time they have messed up the order somehow. They’ve given us the wrong items, they’ve forgotten items, overall disappointing. Went tonight and I asked for extra sauces because each time they’ve forgotten it. Lady at the window tells us “we put it in the bag”. at this point with how much they’ve forgotten something, I checked the bag at the window this time. There were no sauces in the bag. Told her there’s no sauce in the bag so can i get what i ordered. She finally gave it at least.

The service here is typically fine, but they often seem overworked and overly busy. They also are fairly inconsistent with how they handle/process mobile orders. That said, the food quality is usually pretty good and meets my expectations of Wendy’s food.

I came through the drive through to order some food and was treated with nothing but disrespect. I feel like the employees who work the drive through and the manager maria needs to treat all customers with the utmost customer service and respect. I feel like it is a shame that I could go to a poorly viewed area and get better service than I did here which is in a good and reputable area of town. I will NEVER come back to this location and neither will any of my friends family or anyone who I suggest to wendys.

I’ve stopped at this location and have always had good service until today. First, the kiosk didn’t have receipt paper, and it told me I would get it with my order but didn’t. Secondly, I paid for a large drink upgrade but was told, “Sorry, we don’t have any large cups,” and was just handed a medium cup for a to-go order. No offer for a refund, no additional options, just here you go and thanks for the extra 20+ cents. In hindsight, I should have drank part of it and then just refilled it. But I was just in awe and shocked by the managers nonchalant attitude.

Asked if they had ingredients for Apple Pecan Salad. The workers, said yes. Then I ordered the Big Bag. When I arrive to my hotel near this Wendy’s. NO PECANS period, in my salad FULL OF CRANBERRY ONLY. $9.00 DOLLAR SALAD,NO PECANS !!! Big bag was incorrect sandwich and didn’t receive my drink. Please check your food before leaving this location.

We were in line for a while, and when it turned to midnight one of the ladies came out and told one of the employee to tell everyone that they were closed, and turned off all the lights outside. Then they came to say the system was down, but asked if we were Uber. We’re not so we got told the system was down and implied to leave. There was no sorry, no remorse. When we asked what time they closed (on the website it said 1am) all he said was the system was down. Almost like they decided they were done for the night because the line wrapped around the building….

I’m sad because this location has never given me an issue until today. i ordered from the mobile kiosk and for some reason my order never showed up so i asked them about it. i showed the worker at the front desk my credit card transaction and she told me she would get someone to help me and they never did. i was ignored for 30mins until another guest in the restaurant came up and told them they watched me order before them. every time i asked them if someone would help me they would say “sorry your order isn’t showing up” and wouldn’t listen to me when i told them i had my pending charge on my account. pretty disappointing because this location is so close to me.

This Wendy’s is absolute trash. Rude drive thru employees to the scowls from the terrible management. Late night drive thru orders are their last priority. Drag their a** when close to closing time so they don’t have to actually work. Letting people sit in the drive thru because they shut down at 1am on the dot. Can’t even let them know “sorry we are closed” and just let them figure it out on their own. For a new establishment in a growing area this place fits right in with the narrative of terrible fast food service.
