Most likely won’t be back. For it to be fully staffed it wasn’t good. Maybe the manager needs to hire new full staff. The food was dry and didn’t taste good. Thank God the soda was good . Several pieces of my chicken wrap were dry and old . Fries were hard . The black female that checked my fiance out tried to make him out a lair about something so silly . The point is you aren’t supposed to argue with a customer especially before checking to see who is right . There was another customer complaining in there also while two managers I think were cussing each other. Restaurants want all this more pay but definitely don’t deserve it. Any more all restaurants has gone down the drain they make more then deserving cnas and still complain it is so sad. 1:45pm July 16

Everytime I go to this place they never give me ketchup and sometimes the chicken is rubbery. When I ask for lots of ketchup, I get 4 or 5. That’s not enough for a large fry. So this time I asked for 15. The girl/boy/trans/human being said “ain’t no way you gettin 15 cuh, sheeew” then handed me a bunch of ketchups covered in syrup. This is Pelham, not Fairfield or Ensley. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m for the streets. At nearly 12 bucks for extremely unhealthy food, the least an employee can do is be polite and Courteous to the people who spend their hard earned money to satisfy their hunger on their short lunch break. It’s unfortunate that I’m nearly out of places to eat lunch around here because of the bad services. Perhaps these adults need a parent type manager to teach them how to act since they obviously have not learned yet.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Went to get a new burger since there was a hair in one of ours. Loooong story short – remade it incorrectly, then remade incorrectly again. Just needed a double burger with NO cheese. Lady refused to make more than a single even though we paid for a double. Tried to show our receipt and she refused to believe we turned in a double. I tried to backup my husband that we indeed had no double burgers on our table and after I walked away she called herself a dog and told my husband I should meet her at 10 pm when she gets off. She was right about one thing…she certainly acted like a dog. She yelled at us in front of many children and customers. Just despicable! Wendy’s should be ashamed they employ someone like her. She could not handle she was in the wrong. The other staff just stood there like this is a regular occurrence.

Employee did not lock the lobby door then proceeded to yell at us after we entered that the lobby was closed. We explained we could not enter the drive thru on the ambulance and were just told again that the lobby was closed. Rude and unprofessional. It really made our easter morning so wonderful. Especially after traveling hours and left with very few options for food due to the holiday.

This has got to be one of the worst locations I have ever been to. I came through the drive thru around 12-12:15pm today. I asked for a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. The lady asked if I wanted a single or double and I said “double”. Then she asked if I wanted to make it a large combo and I said “Medium”. Everything was fine except I got a single patty. So I turned around and drove back and explained to them that I got a single patty. One of the 3 ladies argued with me and said I ordered a single… I said no mam and explained to her everything that I said which was a double patty and medium size fry and Dr Pepper.. I overheard the leader/manager said to pull around “We got you!”… you could here the cashier or whoever yelling at me in the background, “Pull around!!!”. The cashier with the long fingernails continued to argue with me and said I needed to pay for an extra patty. I said, “Okay can you show me the receipt because you didn’t give me one.” She was trying to look it up, but never found it or didn’t want to show me the receipt, so they quickly handed me the bag with the new burger inside… I leave the drive thru because it was busy. As soon as I pull out and check the burger, they forgot to put the bacon back on the burger…. that’s one of the main ingredients. I tried calling the store to notify the manager of the mistake and nobody would answer the phone… The way they treated me and talked over me, you would think they hate their job so badly. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced and I will never visit that Wendy’s location ever again and will be a while before I think about going back to any location.

Placed a mobile order a little after 7AM after confirming this location opened at 6:30AM. Pulled up to a dark building only to be told at the drive-thru that ‘they don’t have a mobile order for me.’ Confirmed on my app I had placed it to the correct location. Pulled to the window to show the confirmation that my order had been placed and was PAID on my app to then be told ‘we aren’t open yet’ and that ‘there is nothing we can do for you’ and have the window slammed shut in my face.

I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit and some seasoned potatoes. I got 2 bacon, egg & cheese biscuits. After arriving to work, I called the restaurant twice that morning to report the mishap and once at lunch time but got no one. I called corporate and was on hold over 30 mins & spoke to no one. I emailed but never received a reply. I attempted to live chat but no one connected.
