Horrible. I have worked in fast food and this place was in disarray. It wasn’t packed yesterday but it was as like nobody wanted to do anything or pay attention. I absolutely blame it on management. No structure or process. Maybe 5 orders going and everyone looked like a deer in the headlights. I had to go up to the front multiple times to get something corrected. 4 people in my party but only one ticket. No ketchup. No chili. No ice! Really? Is there a district manager that pays attention? What is the dynamic causing the disconnection? This store can’t be profitable. I literally went to the Clanton Wendy’s today and a complete 180 degrees. Order right the first time. Hot fresh food. Wendy’s in Wetumpka should just close. The food would be better and make Dave proud.

When we pulled up to the drive thru the girl said OH MY GOD. then asked our order we told her we placed our order to pick up inside but could we get it through the drive through line one car was in front of she said no! This is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever been too. By far. Apparently this Manager thinks its ok to serve Chili SOUP or SAUCE instead of REAL CHILI! On more than one occasion we received cups of Chili that were severely watered down. Like there was only about 20% Chili and 80% WATER! This has happened on two different occacisions NOT COOL !! There’s saving a nickle and then there is just flat out ripping people off! NOT COOL MANAGER !! GOD SEES YOU! The Franchise Owner WILL hear about this!

We are currently sitting in Wendy’s, waiting on our food. There appears to be 7 employees behind the counter. They have put our fries on the tray and then took them away. They are moving at the pace of a snail. There is total lack of competence behind the counter. There are 5 of us, 2 adults, 3 children, they gave us 5 napkins & refused to give me ketchup packets. We have waited for over 30 minutes to just get our food. Some behind the counter are literally just moving the broom back & forth. Awful service!
