Came at 11pm and ordered takeout. Food is always amazing and service is fast. They ran out of chocolate frosty prior to us getting there but made us one anyway since we wanted to order one. Much appreciated considering how late it was. I highly recommend for late night food.

Nice staff, fast service. Didn’t notice my free fries (from the app offer) weren’t in the bag until I was home. Everything else was as ordered. I just need to double check my order next time before driving away next time. Didn’t pay for them so I guess it works out. 🙂

This place is terrible and I think it is now the only Wendy’s left in the area. Your order will be wrong and they will have the worst customer service this is a guarantee. That is if you can order what you want because 90% of the time they will be out of whatever it is you’re requesting. To top it all off when not if they mess up your order the lobby is closed so you can get back in the slowest drive thru ever or bang on the locked door like a crazy person. Corporate please get us a competent staff in Dothan. It’s been at least 6 months with these same shenanigans.

I ordered a hamburger combo and Taco salad. I picked it up at the drive through. When I got home I was missing the sour cream and taco sauce. But they did include SPOON to eat it with. A taco salad only requires five ingredients. How can they leave out two? The manager needs to be written up.

Ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo with no lettuce or tomato, and not checking the order before I left the drive thru, naturally received the sandwich WITH lettuce and tomato. The sandwich was smashed, compressed in the wrapper. Someone had to have pressed it down hard with their hand in the restaurant. It didn’t get that way in the bag with nothing on top of it. The buns were squashed flat. Got the same thing last week with a different sandwich from the same restaurant. Also last week, ordered an unsweetened iced tea, but got an iced coffee instead. These orders were placed between midnight and 1 AM. This restaurant’s personnel seem to have trouble with attention to detail.

This is the worse wendy’s if ever been to. The manger cant handle small problems. My order was wrong and they refused to fix it. I would hibe them a zero if i could. Avoid at all cost. Go to enterprise and save yourself some time and a peace of mind

Better than most fast food, and the ghost pepper sandwich is pretty okay. But the new ghost pepper fries are insanely good. Hopefully you’ve got the spice tolerance to handle them though.

Went today, spicy nuggets were absolutely disgusting. Not edible. The staff working told me it was just fresh from the fryer. Yeah right, freshly thrown in the fryer for a minute after it’s been already fried twice before stale and rubberh as can be. You can’t reheat nuggets just by re frying them and call them fresh. So gross. We won’t be coming back at this location ever again.

A quick review on Wendy’s located in Daleville, Alabama receiving 4 stars. I would like to mention Thomas the manager on duty is trying to turn Wendy’s around. Great job going above and beyond what I ordered. Although I did have problems with my order and did have to wait… hospitality goes a long way. Hospitality was a definite 4 today! THANKS! Also the girl passing out orders was very polite and HER smile goes a long way. Good luck with speed of service I believe you can turn this store around!

This cost me about $7.50 – I’d call the highway robbery. I researched allergen info, and to Wendy’s credit, their online menu is reasonably well-labeled. This is an important first step in being allergen friendly, but it’s still a terrible customer experience. The online info appeared to be accurate, but that’s where the allergen friendliness ends. I would personally interpret it as “*if you have food allergies* DO NOT EAT HERE”. They do allow you to customize your order, to remove anything you are allergic to. As seen here, expect to still pay full price for it, even if you can’t eat most of it. The same legal disclaimer is present indicating that cross contamination is possible and they cannot guarantee the safety of their food. In fairness to Wendy’s this is pretty typical in the industry, but this also indicates a severe limit to allergy friendliness; it’s largely a PR stunt, and do not confuse it for anything more. Wendy’s is on par with the industry, but that is not the same as saying they are in any way allergy friendly. They are not, despite being a little bit better with their menu labeling (although apparently a little behind with burgers as lettuce wrap options). I used to opt for Wendy’s over other comparable burger chains because Wendy’s generally has much better burgers. I expected better, and I’m sorely disappointed. I’m continuing to search for an allergen friendly fast food chain – Wendy’s is not it. I hope someday that changes.
