There seemed to be an issue with a lot of hollering and screaming among the workers. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. The frosty cold brew machine was down and there was no cola products available in the lobby machine. I asked for a senior drink, which is free at many Wendy’s. I later realized I was charged 1.19 for it. I ordered a small chicken crisp sandwich and had to explain 3 times I wanted only the sandwich and was still asked if I wanted ketchup for my fries. Easter Sunday at 1230, waited in line for 25 minutes watched the team of 5 take 3 orders in the lobby they never filled, the manager im assuming (literally the only one working) preparing food. 2 employees up front just stood and watched while playing on their phones, joked around, high 5ing. This was the worst restraunt experience I have had ever at a Wendy’s. Left for the Subway next door with the rest of the crowd. From Subway we noticed more customers leaving and turning around as the doors to enter had been locked with zero signs posted. Another customer who left behind us said a paid customer demanded for his money back. Drove past after we finished our meal at 1:30pm and the whole store was closed but lights still on and employee cars (I’m assuming) still parked. Really hope this event makes it to whoever needs to see this as that store lost a ton of business and certainly my respect as the manager couldn’t manage their employees to work.

This place is not worth a picture and I strongly recommend that you choose somewhere else to eat at. HORRIBLE!!!!! This was the dirtiest and most unwelcoming Wendy’s that I’ve ever been too. No one greetings us. The cashier didn’t want to take our order and was complaining about being told he had to take our orders by another employee to take our orders. The cashier was on the phone and seemed bothered that he actually had to work while being at work. (Imagine that) And the cashier never washed his hands when he went behind the counter from sitting in the dining area to take our orders then to bag the fries. They didn’t have any napkins, salt, pepper, ketchup, etc., out and all the containers were empty and almost every table in Wendy’s was dirty. We even had to clean and wipe our own tables just to sit down. I was so turned off that I couldn’t even eat anything. They original burgers that they tried to give us was old, cold, and dried out. (Why would they attempt to give anyone something that no one would eat?) This place is too dirty to serve anyone and the atmosphere just felt unclean and unkept. Yuck!

1.We went to McDonald’s but their dining room was closed… So we drove across the street only to find that your dining room was closed also, with no sign saying why! We had 7 people so we wanted to sit down. No biggie though!

Went in right after another customer and there were at least 9 employees sitting at the tables on their phone while another customer along with us waited at the register to be helped for over 5 minutes, all while being told (byemployees) “she” was coming….she never came so we left. We did have a nice encounter at the waffle house next door and finally got food and great service. I can see why the surrounding fast food establishments have gone out of business. They’re paying employees to not work and more so not getting paying customers, I wanted and tried to spend my money here….?!

Had lunch there today. Had no Caffeine Free Diet Coke and had no pepper for burger. Rest rooms were not clean. Very disappointed. Management has to be awful. Would not recommend!

Went in for a quick bite- line out the door. As we finally got up to the line, the lady checked her phone and made a phone call. She walked away talking badly about how she hates her job and these “stupid customers”. Being able to witness the food being prepped, I noticed many employees either not gloved or touching their hair/face and continuing to prep the food. Order the #11, the pub burger, and received not only just a chicken patty, but completely random and different toppings. The lady infront of us went before us and had a similar issue, but the opposite (receiving a burger patty instead of chicken). The orders weren’t switched or confused, they just don’t care. When ordering, the lady who took our order gave us the nastiest look and we had to repeat and correct the order several times.

We came to this Wendy’s after leaving the McDonalds across the street. We just went through the drive thru because it was suppose to be a quick stop for breakfast. The workers in the drive thru were great. Very pleasant & fast. Our food was hot and exactly what we ordered. They even had jelly, syrup & napkins in the bag without us asking for them. I was pleasantly surprised with our experience here.

The rudest employees working the drive through. Throwing food at you, shaking drinks at you, and yelling profanity at each other inside. I should have looked at the reviews before hand. Obvious they don’t care about fixing the problem. Plenty of other places right next to it-wish I had gone there!

Worst service I’ve had in a while. We had a big order, so I did it via mobile to make it easier. Food was cold. Half was missing or wrong. When I kindly went back in to get what was missing, the what seemed to be manager, was super rude. We were there for 30 mins at least waiting on our food. Dont eat here if you want good food and service.
