It’s very deceiving being such a nice building . I know many people I work with love Wendy’s when we go out of town . Ours has earned a bad reputation, no one goes hardly. I wanted to give it another shot, nothings changed . I waited 15 minutes in line and no one spoke and took two orders of cars that came after me . I hate leaving negative reviews, I want them to do well but they really gotta get more help or bring someone in to get it in better working shape . It’s consistently an issue every time . If it’s not that it’s totally cold fries, or missing food every time .

There were only 2 cars in front of us and we had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes!!!!! Got to the window and it took 3 people with blank stares on their faces to hand the order out and they didn’t even give us the correct order. Should probably consider hiring someone else that won’t have to share the one brain cell the other 3 are working with.

Food was great but took almost 30 min to even get to the order window because service was so slow. Would not recommend drive thru on your lunch break and it was 11 am on a Sunday. Drinks had to much carbon plenty of ice but needed to actually taste like a coca cola instead of carbon water. Girl at the window thrust our bag out the window and slammed it shut and would not come back so we could ask for ketchup for the fries and we had three large orders of them to eat plain. All the rest we ordered was delicious, hot and wonderful. Would definitely recommend eating here but the service leaves a lot to be desired I saw half a dozen vehicles pull out the drive through and not order because of no service while we waited.

Ordered burgers and specifically told them what I wanted on them. Got home, the burgers were a mess! They had them fixed the way they wanted to fix them. Very messy. Mayonnaise all over the place! The buns were soaked with everything they slapped on them. Disgusting! Never again.

OK I gave the Wendy’s in Andalusia Alabama a second chance, so saying that it’s happened before. My husband and I stopped in on our way home and got a bite to eat it was 11:47pm. When we got our order they closed OK I understand that they were closing and they used burgers that was left over but at least heat them up so the cheese melts. My husband’s and mine was cold. If I wanted to eat cold food I’d go to Arby’s. I’ve also tried to call them but no one answer’s the phone I gave them a second chance there won’t be a third.

Ordered 4 burgers and 4 fries. Drove home and not one burger was the way I ordered it and the fries were cold. I returned to the store only to find the doors locked. After waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes a very nice manager gave me my money back. This is the second time I have tried to eat here. I will not be back.

It’s never good and it’s run by the the same company that owns the Popeye’s across the street that just shut down after 2 years. This place will be following the same fate. No standards, no consistency. They will hire anybody. Guy at drive thru window wipes his hands on his butt as he was handling my order. Next time I’ll go to McDonald’s across the street. What a joke.

Everyone had an attitude of ugh ppl and they were not happy to be there. I know it’s fast food but not everyone is out to make your life miserable. When we pulled up to Wendy’s in Andalusia AL at 9:00pm, we were told they were closed because of their truck which left about 5 minutes after we did as we were at the restaurant across the street and could see the truck leave. When I worked at the Wendy’s in Tennessee, I did not get the opportunity to stop working just because of a truck, or any food place that I have worked at. This was absolutely rediculous!!

We wanted to eat here, but the dining room was closed. No signs in the doors or anything. When I asked the lady in the drive thru why, she said they only had 3 people. After asking why they didn’t put a sign in the window to let anyone know, she slammed her drive thru window shut.
