This is the photo of one Wendy’s employees when I was ignored at the drive thru window. The first time I pulled up @ 10:20p after I saw another car pull off. When noone responded after I waited I pulled to the window thinking something was wrong with the speaker then I waited at the window I didn’t see anyone but I saw the drink machine working and lights were on so I knew they were still opened. So I drove around and spoke thru the speaker again but to no avail. I pulled up to the window and saw this man along with another younger employee who saw me and walked towards the back.

At the drive through I met this nice young blonde man who was patient with me and made me feel respected and comfortable. It sounded like it was a slow day and it was only him and the manager working. Despite this he made my large meal and it tasted delicious.

After waiting in line for about 10 minutes. Finally got to the drive-through. Ordered my food, a Dave’s double with cheese hold onions combo. Got to the window guy took my money. Then the window guy started yelling profanities at the cook because they didn’t make the hamburger correctly. Hold onions. So the guy cooking the hamburgers, remade the burger. And I got a burger that was completely raw in the center. And he had added enough mayonnaise and ketchup to drowned the entire burger in it. Called restaurant back to get remake or a refund, no one would answer the phone and I called several times. So anyone that wants a raw double cheeseburger visit the Wendy’s in cool springs Tennessee.

It has been awhile since my last visit. Actually long enough I didn’t know Wendy’s was open since 7 AM. It used to be 10 or 10:30 if I remember correctly. Well great. I was prompted within a minute (I was probably first customer this morning) after ordering I was informed they will bring food to me when it is ready and they did. Food was great so was dining area. Definitely step up since my last visit. Outside of the store is also kept very nice and clean. Enjoy!

Unbelievable lack of service. Pulled up to the speaker which was not lit up and waited for several minutes. Decided something must be wrong with it, so I pulled up to the first window. Couldn’t see anyone inside – wondered if they were open (at 5:45pm). Waited again for several minutes. Saw someone standing in the second window, so i pulled up. She opened the window and looked at me confused. I explained that I’d like to order, and she said “hang on,” shut the window and walked away. Several minutes later, another girl came to the window and i told her i would like to order. She said “I’ll do it for you this time but next time you have to wait at the speaker.” i explained that i had waited several minutes and thought it might be broken, and she didn’t respond. I gave her my order and she took my card. Was extremely rude. She handed me my food and motioned me on. I asked her for my drink and she said “did you SAY that????” and i told her yes, and she ran my card again, then handed me my drink and shut the window. There were no other cars in the drive thru and there was absolutely no reason to act like that.

Had a craving for a jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Pulled up to the drive thru, no service. Tried again, nothing. Went inside, 15 min for food. Got home to eat and the fries were cold. Even allowing for travel time, cold. Not warm. Honestly though, I could see that they are struggling. They need people to work so that it’s fast food, not just – food. It wasn’t the best experience, but it wasn’t the worst. The food was good aside from fries and I am full. And side note, whomever did the landscaping there, wow. Always immaculant work. Best outside of any Wendy’s I’ve ever seen.

Always locks doors to inside before close. Always slow & bad service. Food mostly decent. But not much care goes.into it. They are just there to get paid. Period. Waited in drive-through for 35 mins before I could even order.

Store appears to be closed. All doors locked, no response from drive at 6pm. We waited 15 minutes behind another car until I walked around the whole restaurant and found the lights on but NOBODY home. There should be signs up stating closure even if only temporary.

This is the single most useless Wendy’s on planet earth. You can come here with zero people in line while they are open and they don’t answer. This has happened a minimum of 3 times now. They just simply don’t do their jobs. AI drive thru can’t come fast enough at this location
