Me and my father walked in, I noticed a worker roll her eyes and say “really” like she didn’t want to do her job. When we got to the counter I noticed two health code violations: one girl had hair out of her loose braid next to the fryer and the girl who took our order took off her glove partially and didn’t change it after. The girl next to the fryer looked like she was playing with something in the frying pile while having the baskets down. While we were getting our drinks, our food was ready and didn’t yell out to let anyone know.

I’m a fairly laid back easygoing person. I had just finished my shift at work and was starving. I don’t eat out much but this place was open and I only eat at two different fast food joints if I can help it. This place and Arby’s. I pulled up and was told to wait. I say take your time. Then the lady’s a little rude with a tone and says do you know what yo want. After she told me to hold on a minute. While placing my order she messes up and deletes the entire order. I place the order again. A number 7 double large with a sweet tea a four piece nugget and a value menu double bacon burger to hold me over until I get home. I wait quite a while patiently. Get my order and hit the road. Eat the little burger not so bad. I get home this is where the one star happens. No nuggets after ordering twice. Don’t know what’s wrong with the sweet tea. It’s diet or diet and flavored. Tasted like it was old or something I’m not really sure. Fries are cold but it was a good drive to the house. The burger patties are so over cooked I could barely chew the few bites I did take. There’s no other way of saying this. Terrible complete waist of 20 dollars. I like the food here. Most of the time. Calling management in the morning. And no I didn’t crush the bread down like that.

Food wasn’t hot (especially the fries). The counter lady could’ve been more attentive to what we were saying/ordering. The frosty was sooo good! We would give them another chance. Maybe it was just an “off day”.

I Go here often. Today I went and ordered a breakfast combo as I usually do. The coffee they gave me is half the size of yesterday. Also, they are never able to provide the correct bun for the classic breakfast sandwiches. Whoever owns this place should think again about ripping off their customers and only giving them half of what they are paying for. If you can’t afford to operate and keep the items necessary to prepare your advertised items at your already inflated prices, then why are you open? You clearly don’t appreciate the business you receive or the employees you make explain these decisions to your customers.

They usually give pretty fast service. Today their cash register computer was malfunctioning so it wasn’t a normal visit. However, still they were polite, friendly, and apologetic. That’s why I go there often. They have good customer service skills and are thorough when packing orders to go.

Highly disappointed with the level of customer service here. First, the lady taking orders was sitting in a chair at the window when I pulled up, took my card and literally crumpled my receipt around it when handing it back. The burger was hard and the fries were half filled and overcooked. Parking lot wasn’t the cleanest. To say it was lunchtime and literally no patrons should have been a clue. Avoid this place at all costs.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The young lady who ran the drive thru with the colored eyes not only cussed at my wife and I when we were at the window but also acted as if our ordering was a inconvenience to her… I asked for honey mustard for my nuggets instead of saying sure I’ll get you some but instead going to say ugh ii already put some in there if that was the case why would I ask for some if it was present to begin with… We will Neva and I mean NEVA come back to this establishment!! Customer service should be top priority specially if we are respectful ourselves… Ugh very disappointed and disgusted indeed

By far the worst drive thru on earth. Terrible customer service. Took 15 min just to order with only 2 people in front of me and they have a curb that traps you in so you can’t just leave. They only take 1 order and make you sit until the person pays and picks up their food. Food was cold after all that. 4/1/23 @7pm

The employees no respect to the customers. I’d ask for no cheese that’s why I don’t get that highway. The sandwich maker told me to take it off anyway and when I asked other employees. What’s her name girl and a? Guy. Said? They didn’t know the lady named who was making sandwiches. I will never visit the store on fift eight highway again

The “New” grilled chicken wrap is the biggest rip off Wendy’s has ever had. I had hope of a nice size wrap but in reality it is nothing more then the snack wrap in a large tortilla shell. A pinch a cheese, 1 slice of lettuce, and a few pieces of tiny chopped chicken. Will not being going back to this store anytime soon.
