I have never eaten inside this location. I use the drive-through, which has two available lanes to place an order. My favorite is the taco salad! I also love the flavored lemonade and their cookies. I recommend the strawberry lemonade and the sugar cookie. The classic frosty is also an excellent choice!

So, I understood when going to this place they would take a while for my food since they’re still new and trying to get things together. However, when I finally received my Bacon Pub Cheeseburger I’m handed this burger that has lettuce and tomato on it with zero bacon or fries to be seen. The Bacon Pub burger doesn’t come with lettuce or tomato. And I waited in line for 45 minutes; I know the lobby is closed, and I wasn’t about to wait 45 minutes again just to be watching all of the staff inside dancing around and on their phones….I thought the Bonny Oaks location was bad but this one is proving to be just as bad if not worse.

I love going to Wendy’s because I love how cheap it is and how close it is to my job. However, the staff is consistently rude and act as if me being there is an inconvenience. Not to mention they always seem to forget to put a straw in my bag even if I have more than one drink on my order. Maybe if they spent more time taking care of customers and less time fooling around in the store things would be better.

They’ve definitely been reading reviews and getting their stuff together. Since my last 1 star review I’m just here to say they’re improving with customer service and quality of the food and I greatly appreciate it. Only gave 4 stars because the drive thru is always down to one lane and the inside is closed I usually have mobile orders so with the line being long it would be nice to be able to run in to get it. Great improvements!

The food was good, but the service was terrible. The young lady that took my order was rude and had a nasty attitude. So much so, my 12 year old son was offended by the young lady speaking to his mother with such a nasty attitude. And they didn’t give me my drink, because they were too busy playing at the pick up window. I had to go inside to get my drink. I’ve visited this location in the past, and the service was good, but not this time.

Went through drive-thru ordered a #10 as directed by passenger, AKA my wife. Which was not the chicken nugget meal. Picked up food checked order as normally expected when you go through drive-thru. Order was wrong, so we thought. I go inside, standing in line I look at menus and see a #10 is actually a chicken sandwich meal. At that time management sees me standing in line with a bag. Ask to help, O said I just noticed that “my passenger” told me wrong and caused the issue, but I need to get some nuggets. I expected to pay for them, but manager got nugget’s prepared and told me to have a good day at no charge. I also noticed that on my way in they were playing a local church sermon over radio. Which was a surprise from a national chain. You never expect much at a fast food restaurant these days but was pleasantly surprised, good job!

I’m here At Wendys as I type & I’ve been in line for 25 minutes. There’s alot of people behind me I done seen atleast 6 cars pull-off . I’ve finally got to the wendy to order my food for them to say that they don’t have any lid s for my cup of chili & how is that ? Y’all just opened up this fast food . Also, they have alot of kids running this store & that isn’t good because all they’re doing is playing around instead of doing what they suppose to be doing. This is crazy y’all suppose to be better than this but don’t worry I will NEVER come back to this one again . I’ll stay going to the one in East Ridge .
