This wendys in Tazewell can not consistently make a correct cheeseburger, chili or fry to save their lives. The burger never has the correct toppings that go on the burger, the chili is hit & miss once I just got a cup of chili juice once & the french fries I got today just had to be from yesterday they were like card board! If you are hungry don’t go here they are so slow especially the drive through no matter if it’s just one car they tell you they will be with you in a second they should say 30 mins because they don’t get in a hurry! I mean how hard is to do your job people get it together!

The food tasted as expected and the fries were actually better then I’ve had from Wendy’s in the recent past. All 3 of the Mobile ordering stations were out of order. That was pretty annoying because the lady in front of me was placing multiple orders using multiple coupons. It would have been nice to have the ordering option. Anyway, food was good. Staff was fine. OH, one weird thing… there is a sink for washing hands in the bathroom hallway? Lol. Also, sinks in bathrooms.

Other than the dirty tables and lack of cleanliness, the drink machine was out of several flavors and they acted like they were being put out to have to refill the machine and claimed it was broken for one of the flavors. The orders are generally right the first time and the food is ok, albeit I have a question… Where’s the beef?!?

The customer service was great, food was great. It’s the second day this place has been opened. The only reason I didn’t give this a worse review is everything else but this was great. I found a wax paper in my mozzarella sandwich which I’m assuming is from the cheese. Next time please make sure all wrappers and papers are off the food before it goes out the window. Thanks.

This place had been slammed every since opening day. I’m impressed they still have employees left as busy as they have been, but they seem to have weathered the storm. Every time I go by there, the drive thru looks very busy, but I went in and didn’t have any wait time. Very good food, can’t wait to go back.

Ex employee, it’s very distracting to work under this due to lack of consciousness “Brain Activity” from a few employees not all. The beef patties when I worked there was being stored for a week at a time above the recommended temperature. As soon as the first vehicle stops to order the employees just stand there (mostly a boy named Tony) due to lack of self control to work. They will prepare food without the correct gloves (bare hands) from the grill to the little brown bag. Cross contamination is very deadly especially when the blood and raw beef are dried on their grill boys hands. All I was doing was working not hard due to the payrate and everytime it ” looks busy I can assure you that it’s not just look behind the counter and you’ll see nothing happening. I would like to return my uniform to the Wendy’s corporation, how ever due to Tony trying to I guess sound tuff on the phone when I called because the payroll app that this company uses wasn’t saying a thing about anything being deposited when it should of shown up. His little child kiddo attitude is going to cost you money. He even went as far as to identify his self as the General Manager when I called them I called back because he started trying to yell “sounded something like a little girl when your in pre-school” and then when I answered his screaming and yelling he hung up. I called again and he once more identified his self as a General Manager. Wendy’s please let loose of the wrong doer’s, we all already know how much business this one person has costed you and the fact there’s two more. Do a house cleaning and run a respectable business. My Name is RHANDIE LEE PARKER and I just wish the citizens of tazewell and new tazewell knew of what goes on behind the red headed ladies head.

They will take slight displeasure personally, when it’s them who can’t take simple directions or perform worlds easiest job. 0/5 you guys are a joke. I have 10 years of sales and customer service experience, I have trained sales leaders, and the lady at the counter today, was not equipped to be working with the public.

I’m not sure if the employees are just either dumb, too sorry, or if the actual Wendy’s cooperation makes it that hard to do a refund. Got up to the window to where the girls hand was holding a receipt out of it then to be told we don’t have what you ordered you have to pick something else because we also can’t do a refund. Why would I have to pick something else just because you don’t have what I ordered? I told them that doesn’t make any sense so the cashier instantly said that’s what she was told and said she could get a manager. One was behind her and said in a rude tone, “I don’t know what you want me to do about it, she needs to pick something else”. No I don’t have to pick something else, and I didn’t have that tone with you so don’t be that way towards me. You’re sounding just as stupid as the response you’re giving. The sandwich was over 6$ and I want my refund. Why would I accommodate you to just pick something else when I’m the one paying? I’m not the person to usually complain but I’m just dumbfounded by how they really thought that made sense. If she had just approached me differently I wouldn’t be typing this and complaining either. Don’t be in management if you can’t manage.
