I go to the Wendy’s located Maynardville Hwy, Knoxville, TN. The lady usually at the window, I think her name is Linda, and she may be the manager, is awesome. She is always so friendly, keeps the line moving and makes sure your order is correct. I take my grandchildren after school, they always say”there is that Lady you like”. She works hard. I hope your employees are compensated for going above and beyond for a great job. Great job always LINDA.

I usually go hear for late night snacks and the workers are always so friendly and nice. I ordered doctor pepper once and it had that bitter taste like not enough syrup. The next time I told the worker and she did advise that the dr. Pepper isn’t the best there and provided better options which I appreciated her honest opinion and the better options she provided. Love My local Wendy’s!

I placed a mobile order for just a single drink. Drive threw was long so I went in at 10:40PM. I couldn’t tell the dining area lights were off, but the door was uncooked. So I went in and there was someone at the front register just standing there so I assumed they were open. But a lady told me they were closed, and wouldn’t give me my order even though it was only a drink. Then she asked how I even got in. When their front door was unlocked…? So I canceled my order.

After receiving our order, the diet Coke had no flavoring. The French toast sticks, and the season potato wedges were both cold. The honey chicken had no honey on it and it was also cold. And upon opening the container of the biscuits and gravy, I was met with a horrific smell that only could remind you of rotten meat mixed with rotted milk. After multiple attempts to contact the store, our calls went on answered. And because they had no receipts at the time, all I have is a piece of paper written by the employee with the Wendy’s locations and the total amount. So we spent $14 and didn’t get to eat hardly any of the food and after what we did and we all got sick because of the smell of the biscuits and gravy. Im unsatisfied that after multiple failed attempt phone calls I am left out $14+

Great job today! However, the drive thru is operated kind of weird. One car at a time from the speaker to the window. They make the next person wait at speaker until the person at window is finished. That seems to line the drive through up a little worse. Over all food is great! Drinks are a tad flat at times.

I really enjoy breakfast there on occasion, since I work night shift and get off between 6:30-7:00 in the morning they’re open early and I can pick it up on my way home…

Went through the drive-through and ordered food for 5. Once we pulled ahead from the window, we checked the food and were missing 2 orders of fries. When my daughter and I went in and told the cashier what we were missing, the guy at the fry station was very condescending and said we were lying and that he always sends all orders of fries in the bags. The cashier did end up giving us the missing fries. My daughters sandwich was messed up as well, but we did not realize it until we were already home.

So, I went through the drive thru at lunchtime last week and ordered a Dave’s double combo. Now, we all know Wendy’s is not much on lettuce with their one piece per burger!! But my gosh, they put one very small piece of romaine lettuce (one of the tiny pieces from the center of the head) that covered less than a third of the pattie!! That was just plain sorry & a complete lack of sense!! Next time you will get the food back…. if I ever come back. It’s not the first time getting disappointing food and/or drink (all carbonated water, no syrup) from this place. Not to mention the grumpy woman at the window everytime… service with a frown!!
