Ordered food last week on the app for drivthru pickup and they said they couldn’t get the order because it didn’t print. They couldn’t refund us nor just read the order from my phone seeing as the order was showing as paid from my card. We got turned down for all service and unfortunately I won’t be back. I’m out 30.00 dollars. I went online and reported it with no response and tried to call but was kept on hold for over 10 minutes. I can’t believe how hard it is to get any help from this company. I thought they were better than McDonald’s but at least I get a refund from them.

They are always so sweet. They were busy and let me say there was a nice younger tall gentleman working the front counter and expediting the lobby was out of ice and he was quick to get the ice and apologized to us, that’s not a big deal at all. He came out to our table after we ate and handed our two children a little vanilla frosty each. Let me say this, You don’t get good employees like this (I don’t mean Wendy’s I mean in general). We were there at Christmas time and they were trying to set up for their Christmas party for the employees and the employees were so sweet to us and everyone that came in behind us to eat they were friendly to them as well. They didn’t rush us they didn’t make us feel unwelcome and a nice manager walked to our table and handed our two children a gift bag each full of candy. Most places you walk in and they are about to have an Employee Christmas Party are rude make you feel rushed and are rude and (I do understand that) but they never made anyone feel that way. Everyone was so genuine and kind. All with smiles today and that day. Those employees need to all be EOTM something nice at least because it’s rare to have a store run so smoothly and maintain proper PR. Thank you guys for the kindness and politeness we need more of that in this world!

I gave atmosphere all stars only bc I didn’t come inside but the outside looked nice. The fries used to be my favorite thing there. They used to be soo perfect. I loved how they had the sea salt and the natural cut but they are not anymore or atleast they don’t taste like it and the texture isn’t the same either. The chicken nuggets were ok but even they had a different taste. I don’t know if it’s a issue with the grease not being changed out or yall have changed the food supplier up or what. The workers were very friendly and got everything I ordered correctly. They were great! I did have to wait nearly 25 mins in the drive thru and there were only 3 cars ahead of me and maybe one at the window that i couldn’t see. It was 11:45 on a Sunday and I thought that was odd, but I will say it could have just been someone holding the line up trying to decide what they wanted to order. It did get to moving pretty quickly after about 15 mins of sitting there so that very well may have been the problem.

So I pulled up to this location at 9:40pm on November 14th, I guess it was a man standing outside I said excuse me are y’all taking any orders. That person proceeded to ignore me, then that person walks in the restaurant from the back door. Then pulled up to the window and my bf asks them if they taking orders and that same person saids I just walked in the back door from smoking… understandable how come the other persons couldn’t take my order. Instead of me waiting 20 something odd minutes in the drive thru.. so I proceeded to give them my order. The I guess manager gave us our food that same person that was outside gone have a whole attitude and say what sauce after I told the manager what sauce he/she said well said what sauce we told that person then gone proceed to say I guess that’s what’s in the bag…. Horrible horrible customer service. I need a higher person in management to contact me asap

I would have given a 0 but that is not an choice. When I got in the drive-thru it was 5 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn to order it took the order taker 7 minutes to answer the speaker. I drive-thru around to the 1st window to pay their is no one at the window. I waited for about a minute for someone to come. When I get to the 2nd window I am shocked!!! There is 5 crew members leaning on the counters and window. They must have been in a deep conversation because no one opened the window to hand me my order. So I just sit there watched this unmanaged crew not do anything for 10 minutes. Every single one of them had phones in their hands and out of uniforms. The boy had his visor turned to the right. One of the girls had a black head scarf on. Finally I got someone attention and asked for a refund about that time the manager on duty comes around the corner carrying ice!! OMG why is she carrying ice when she has a full crew and everyone was just standing around.? This store is one of the worse managed Wendy’s hands down!!!
