I’m usually not someone to leave reviews but I feel my experience here today required one. I placed a mobile order and arrived around 10 minutes later to pick it up. I understand it was a little after noon so waiting a few minutes extra was very likely. I stood inside the store for nearly 35 minutes before receiving my food. There was 8 people that came in, waited on, and received their food in front of me. I had asked a few times if there was an ETA on my order but was only told “we’re working on it”. I understand things happen, but this was unacceptable. I asked to speak with the store manager to express my concern and the only response received from her was “we have had a lot of big orders”, she did not express any interest in helping me whatsoever. Keep in mind, I only had ordered two meals, so I don’t think mine was a “big” order. So, in total I spent 45 minutes today getting a to-go order from what is considered a “fast food” establishment.

Highlander This I’ll Defend

Terrible experience 11:30 12/24/22 did an online order, waited about 20min. When I got there the lady was very rude, tried to give me some else’s order and then told me my order hadn’t been made. I waited and what I got was cheese fries where the shredded cheese hadn’t even been melted and was missing an order of fries. I didn’t notice until I got home. Hate being treated as an inconvenience when I’m paying for the service.

So bit mixed review here. We were traveling through and pulled off looking for a place to grab a bite to eat. We hadn’t had Wendy’s in a long time so I suggested here and the wife noticed there was only 1 car in the drive through and found it unusual during a dinner rush that they would be so dead and maybe that was a bad sign. We all had to use the restroom so we decided to go in and order instead of using the drive-thru. I am assuming it would have been quicker. It was a good 30 minute stop, with 25 of it waiting for our food to go. I am not sure how they were so dead but so slow. Then they forgot to put out fries in the bag so had to go back up for that and wait a couple more minutes. The staff was super nice though and I had just a couple chicken jr’s but my god they were suuuper good and so soft and fluffy, (the bread and chicken) so all in all the food was good but had I known I’d have to wait 25 mins for food I wouldn’t have stopped.

Update 8.6.23…still not one response from Wendy’s corporate office nor the local store. I basically feel I was punished for choosing to spend my hard earned money at Wendy’s by getting flat tires due to negligence of the construction going on at the time

Definitely the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too! Service is horrible! Not only do that make you wait in drive thru forever but then they open the window to that I’m still setting at to yell at one of thier friends in the parking lot. It took over 10 mins for me to move from the 1st window to the 2nd then I waited there for a while. The cashier couldn’t comprehend the words “Can they please change thier gloves?” I’ve never had to ask 3 times and break it down. Maybe instead of focusing on personal friendship they should consider customers are there for food not to listen to them talk across the parking lot and hold of drive thru while they get out and hug. Do better!

Even the night manager here hates his job. You never get a smile or friendly greeting. They are in no rush at all to help you or get your food out to you. I quit going here at night, sometimes I don’t mind waiting during the day… at least they are friendly before 2 pm

The food was horrible, if that burger had been any dryer I could have used it as a frisbee. My dog wouldn’t even eat it which is probably the most concerning of all the issues I had during this visit. The people working the drive thru had the personality of a wet cardboard box. Get it together people, it’s really not that hard!!
