My husband and I just went through the drive through window 7/27/23 @5:45p. We ordered 2 salads a chin salad and an apple Pecan salad. We were told they didn’t have eggs. We said it was alright. Drive up they said we’ll come out. We’ll a young kid with an attitude came out and said Caesar salad? We both said no. He handed us the salads anyway. We drove off thinking he must’ve been kidding. NOPE, he wasn’t! We didn’t get Cobb salad at all!

The food is good. The service is not good. They have workers who can not communicate to the customers. They have difficulty working drive thru, they can not read amount of total, let alone count change back. Are always out of something on the menu, but won’t tell you until you have already ordered and paid. It’s a circus there. Such a shame, too.

While I understand staff is short everywhere I found it hard to be patient when after nearly an hour we still hadn’t received our orders. 2 Jr cheese burgers, 1 small order of fries, 4 piece chicken nuggets and a small Chilli. The door dash person waited over 45 minutes (she came in behind me. And the family who placed their order in front of me, waited over 30 minutes. Got their food. Ate and was leaving when we got our food. I don’t think drive through fared any better. Sorry guys. This was a major fail and usually you are so much better.
