This Wendy’s has to be the worst Wendy’s in the entire country. I have never had so many repeated terrible experiences. Every single time I come here something is wrong, cold or poorly made. Today I sat and waited 20 minutes just to order when there wasn’t a single other person in line aside from the person in front of me. I ordered their new chicken wrap and a 4 piece spicy nugget only to receive a regular nugget and a TERRIBLY made chicken wrap. The wrap was completely falling apart and not wrapped in any shape or form? It was open on both ends, all of the ingredients were very sloppily thrown into the wrap and the tortilla was stale and breaking apart. The fries were actually hot today (shocker) which was the only good part of my meal. I have never in my life felt the need to report a franchise to their corporate office, or to write a google review, but every experience at this location makes me want to go full Karen mode and call to scream at whoever made my food. THIS PLACE SSUUUCCCKKKSSSS. Their general manager needs fired.

Wow so I ordered my son a kids meal. When I get the bag. The nuggets are undone and mushy, you can see the breading coming off how undone they were and also the fries were burnt & barely filled, when I say it was like 6 fries in the cup. I was applauded, I parked and went inside. I asked for the manager & they all giggled while doing it. Young man came and showed no type of remorse, sympathy just overall rude! This was Friday 6/23 at 4pm. The whole staff needs to be discarded!!

Kiosk showed, On Break, go to counter to order. 10 minutes in line, ordered, 20 minutes later, went up to check on our food. Letha was told our order sat up on the service counter until it got cold, so staff tossed it. She then got really disrespectful with Letha and remade our order. It was hot but very dry and overcooked. And was still sniping at Letha as she walked back to our table. By the time I ate the 5th try on the fries they were Luke warm. I went back to my classic chicken. It was so dry and crisp that it became too hard to just have a small bite as it was breaking off into chunks. We put what was left of our food and tossed it in the trash, as did the customers leaving before us. REYNOLDSBURG BROAD STREET WENDY’S WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN.

Went here after work. Only 2 cars ahead of me in line but took forever to take their orders. Apparently they were taking one order, having the person pull around, pay, then leave before they took another. Anyways, i pull up to the speaker and they don’t say a word. Finally i ask if they are ready and that say they will be right with me. Over 7 mins later they finally take my order. I pull around and nobody is in front of me. I get to the window and pay. Then I sit there for over 10 minutes. They don’t mention it will be a wait or say anything to me. There’s like 4 or 5 people working and at least just 3 standing there doing nothing including one which is clearly a manager based on his attire. Finally over 10 minutes later i get my food. Fries are cold from sitting out, burger was at least decent. Nuggets also cold. How are you gonna just have customers sit there forever and not say anything or apologize? I get there’s shortages in staffing but this one had several people working. Nothing i ordered had a 17-20 minute cook time. Just bad customer service all around.

Went to this Wendy’s at 7pm and waited at the speaker for over five minutes with no response. We asked if they were open and got no response even though another car was at the next window. We decided to try inside and stood at the counter for another several minutes with no response. At least two different employees looked right at us multiple times and said nothing. While we waited inside, we watched the person take another order at the window. We left.

I ordered the Baconator and when I opened my sandwich up, the bacon was literally just one strip cut in half. That barley qualifies as a normal bacon cheese burger! And the sandwich tasted like it was sitting at the heat lamp all day, despite it being at the start of the dinner rush. Completely disappointing and a little disgusting for what I expected from Wendy’s. Avoid this local at all costs!!

This location is dirty. I watched employees touching food bare handed. The manager is some young kid that looks scared to tell anyone their jobs. The floor is so dirty be careful but to slip on it. I go into places just for that reason drive through shows you none of these things

I order the same thing every morning and one morning they thought I said no sauce, when I said extra. I went nd k around and this lightskin man who acts like and sounds like a woman got upset with me. They’re always getting things wrong at this location and they’re very slow.
