Food was good until I bit into my burger and felt a weird texture in my mouth. Look at my burger and there was a huge piece of PLASTIC WRAP in my burger. I go back to switch it or get compensation and they have a bad attitude. As if I did something wrong! I could have choked and ate that!! Don’t go to this Wendy’s and if you do CHECK YOUR FOOD FIRST.

The food was good but the service was not. Last night they didn’t have the drink I ordered and let me know that when I got to the window, when they asked me if there is something else I would want I told them the blueberry pomegranate lemonade. The manager said “can’t do that the transaction already went through and that’s an up charge”. So let me get this straight. You won’t make up for the inconvenience of not having my drink by letting it slide and just giving me the “up charge” drink? What ever happened to making things right to the customer? I get that you run out of things, I was completely fine ordering a different drink, but it’s a little ridiculous to not give me the lemonade I requested because it would cost the company literal pocket change to do so. I’ve worked in food service, including management, my whole life and I would never have done that. Making things right to the customer is better for business. Being a penny pincher drives customers away. I’m going to a different location next time.

Tameka and Edward are extremely disrespectful to patrons. They lack training on what the app looks like and will shout at patrons for their own lack in knowledge. Edward refused to give me my food that I paid ahead for via mobile order and said to call corporate for my refund. He slammed the window at me numerous times and called me “u-g-l-y a**”. Darren, Please review your cameras. The issue was with them not knowing how to read and follow instructions. They couldn’t read simple instructions on how to prepare a meal so they started assuming what they should put instead of reading. Then ordering me to leave the line. Tameka was rude right along with Edward and jumped onto the window telling me to shut up when it was them who couldn’t get my order right. They are rude and demeaning over the speaker. The first interaction was me saying hello, please and thank you, which meant nothing. They are rude. I guess since they’re the best this location can get and they cant be forced trained on etiquette, at least let them know that their screens are not the same for mobile app users. They did not want to take accountability for that. Instead they shouted at me and held up the line. They kept telling me what I should’ve put on the app as if I work there or as if I should spoon feed simple instructions that are also printed on the receipt. If you don’t want to read, don’t work there and drive down business. I cannot believe the audacity. And for Edward to call someone u-g-l-y is hypocrisy.

I recently visited Wendy’s and overall, it was a good experience. The food was fresh and hot, and the menu had a good variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The only reason I’m giving it a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating is because the restaurant was a bit messy and could have used a little more attention from the cleaning staff. Despite this, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely return to Wendy’s in the future.

At the rate the night shift team (with Edward and Tameka) is going, pretty soon they shouldn’t even have the night shift at this location. It’s a shame how inconsiderate they are to patrons. You’d think they were paying themselves to work there or they’re getting paid in any other way than the patrons that patron Wendys. Anyone driving up to order or pick up should be appreciated. It could be their dinner from a long days work or their meal for the day. Shame and heavy karma on Edward and so called Tameka if that’s even her name. With all these comments, it’s alarming that they continue to get away with their behavior. They never know who they’re talking to and the consequences or reaction to their one sided disrespect.

My order is never right and when I complain the night manager refuses to take responsibility and gets very argumentative towards me. Several times now hes told me ‘that’s not what you ordered’ so i have to show him on my phone that it is in fact exactly what i ordered.

I stopped at Wendy’s Northland store on Rt. 161 today to see Edward, the manager & show him a picture of the burnt burger we got last Friday evening. He appreciated that I let him know & gave me a new order at no charge plus an extra double to compensate. Thank you Edward.
