Started my order with a voice in the speaker saying “Talk to me!” Um…ok..placed my order. Sign said $1.39 for frosty. $10.95 for 5 was my total. Asked about error. Young man replied “$2.19 each. Sign is incorrect. Has been outdated a long time” . That wasn’t all though. Then after ordering I was asked to pull forward.. 9 minutes…for 5 frostys?? Received the frostys and they were all melted. At that point I was so frustrated I called it a day and left. Sometimes you can not fix things. I feel this facility may be one. As I was waiting for my frostys I saw two customers walk in with bags, shaking their heads. Obviously their orders were incorrect. I seldom write bad reviews, beware this Wendy’s.

Food quality never improved when I came here last time. I once worked here as a shift supervisor and was enjoying my experience here but then got betrayed and falsely terminated by non other than my GM in a black truck. My advise, never do business with these clowns especially with that lowlife GM and never apply to work here otherwise you’ll have the worst experience. Good bloody riddance to this trash heap!

Not only did they forget my fries, a part of the Biggie Bag I Ordered, they also forgot my water which was also included. I and my partner have witnessed them pick up fried product with their bare hands (who knows when the last time they were washed) and when asked to have said products remade, received attitude from employees. I’ve also seen employees vape directly over and around the food which is very unsanitary in my opinion. They do not care about food safety here and I will never be eating here again. The GM Monica also seems very unprofessional with the way she runs her store. Stay away from this place

I didn’t actually order. As I entered, I could hear the manager yelling disrespectfully at what I assume was a new employee. Other employees were vaping around the food production area. I witnessed no hand washing at all and the place was dirty. I used the bathroom and left. I would never eat here.

Upon eating at this Defiance location I felt both ill and disappointed. I have been an avid lover of all things Wendy’s adjacent ever since I was a boy. Eating at this specific location has tainted the good name that Wendys has given to the world for me and I’m sure countless others. I witnessed multiple instances of workers operating without any gloves, and overall being unprofessional in their performance and service. I also unwilfully had to witness the blatant disrespect and disregard of human decency the manger displayed to her staff, Monica the GM deserves to be arrested for the mistreatment and rudeness she gave her staff. No wonder they aren’t good at their job. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO WENDYS PERIOD AFTER THIS AWFUL EXPEREICE AT THIS LOCATION. Get better Wendys and be better Monica.
