Doordashed a Dave’s Triple and even though the delivery was fairly quick the hamburger was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the bun was hard on the outside edges like it was stale.

I just ordered there tonight and my cheeseburgers had been sitting for a very long time they were dried out the buns were dried out and stale. I didn’t get any of my sauces that I had ordered or my cheese sauce that I had paid extra for they couldn’t even give me a straw for my drink. Definitely will not be going back until the employees and management value their jobs a little more.

Not only did we have to wait forever to get our order, the food was wrong and the employees were rude and unfriendly. We had a mobile order, which I thought one of the perks of that was faster service but that is definitely not the case here. And they weren’t busy, 1 car was just leaving the drive thru when we pulled up and one person was in the dining room but was already eating. Anyway we had to pull up and wait. Which fine, I wasn’t in a hurry, not that big a deal. It was the employees attitudes that makes you annoyed. The girl at the window was mildy friend but the lady that brought our food out after we had to pull up and wait, what a rude lady. She was a thin, older woman would walked with a bit of a limp or something came out with out bags balled up in her first. I smiled at her and she didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Just handed me my bags, almost making me drop one, no apology for the wait or thank you. Literally not one single word was said. We quickly looked at our order and it all seemed to be there so we headed home never thinking to check the food was made right. We ordered several of our sandwiches with lettuce buns and they only used a single piece of lettuce on the bottom, nothing on the top on All our sandwiches. We ordered 2 GRILLED chicken sandwiches only top find out when we got home they were breaded. You’d think it would be obvious if you want L buns you probably aren’t getting breaded chicken. Anyway, the receipt was right, it showed grilled but we’re given the wrong thing. $6 sandwiches wasted and 2 people with no meal. My husband got fries and chicken nuggets and you would have thought after the wait they would be piping hot…cold as could be. No attention to details and severely lacking customer service

I got 3 kids meals with cheeseburger strawberries and honest juice and when my kids pulled out there strawberries and they look like this I proceeded to go inside to ask the manager why they were so empty and she said that there was three strawberries in there and you get what you get. I have since talk to another manager in the Newark area and she informed me that these only have one to one and a half strawberries in each bowl because they get the jumbo strawberries

Went through the drive thru tonite for my lunch break and the girl at the drive thru wasn’t very professional and rude and practically threw my drink and bag of food at me. She acted like she didn’t want to even take care of the customer and I think I’m going to have to see out other choice of fast food with curiously and friendly people. I was there at 7:10 and the girl was a blonde and with this kinda attitude I don’t think I will be back. Very unsatisfied plus my food was cold I end up throwing it away.

This Wendy’s has become my go-to out of the main three chains in the area because they’re the quickest fast food restaurant in the area and have good food. My favorite thing is their maple chicken bacon croissant with seasoned wedges for breakfast. Lunch/dinner I look forward to the JBC/CBJ combo.

Rude workers. I ordered a side of ranch, and I was told it’s an extra .25, ok. Then I didn’t get it. When I went in to get it, I was told it would be .25 I informed her I already paid at drive thru. She sat arguing with me. Really, over a ranch?
