Easily one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve been in in a very long time. The floor was greasy, not in spots, the whole floor. The soap dispenser didn’t work (keep in mind they’re making your food) the sink was brown, there was dried vomit on the toilet bowl. Do better.

Took a trip to through Drive-Thru and waited 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me for my burger and a drink. Service when I got to the window was adequate but I wouldn’t say they went the extra mile by any means. The burger was thrown together and the meat lukewarm.

Pretty disappointing. We ordered and got MOLDY food! Not like a little mold, the entire inside of the bun was taken over. It was disgusting. We both lost our appetite and didn’t trust the rest of the food. I tried to get a refund, but they didn’t know how to refund it since we paid and ordered in the app. Also, we ordered for dine in just to find out they were short staffed and the inside was closed. So we also got charged tax when we shouldn’t have. Finally, I called corporate to try and get my refund, since the store never answered their phone the next day when I was told to call, and my refund is still waiting approval from them. Over all a pretty bad experience that physically left a bad taste in my wife’s mouth.

Haven’t seen this many employees in a fastfood restaurant in years. Store wasn’t busy. Sat at drive thru speaker for seven minutes, yet no one came on to take our order. Placed online order and walked inside. Employees standing around mostly looking confused, sipping drinks, and simply not working. Sandwichs stacking up on the side of the make line, getting cold, yet no one was bagging them. Eventually someone did start bagging the sandwiches when they realized they had no cooked nuggets. Sandwiches continued sitting in the bag, getting colder while nuggets cooked. Completely understand why this Wendy’s was dead during the lunch hour.

Unbelievable. Placed an order through the app for pickup. Went to get said order and sign on the door says “kiosk only in Dining Room, sorry for the inconvenience” okay that’s fine, I get they may be understaffed or having technical issues. But the door was locked. The other door (near the drive through window) was also locked with the same sign. So I got back in my car and waited in the drive through line. By the time I got to the speaker it had several signs on it saying they got a new technology system so they were closing early on Wednesday and Thursday. (It was now Friday evening). It seemed that the speaker system was not working and they were unable to answer it. I pulled past the speaker and waited in the line. After sitting in the same spot in line for 10 minutes I left. Unacceptable. My husband had to work with the Wendy’s customer service chat to get a refund on the order.

The worst Wendy’s location ever. I pulled in as the second person in the drive through line and waited and waited. 25 minutes later I hear a very underwhelming “Welcome to Wendy’s please wait a “second”.” While I was waiting- I saw what looked like the Wendy’s manager (same guy who finally took my order) and another super sketchy looking dude exchanging something by his car. By this time there were at least 6 other cars behind me. Insanity.
