This is not a mistake, I give them zero stars. This is definitely not the first time this has happened. The floor was so sticky my feet actually needed force to leave the ground. I ordered my burger and asked politely for it to be plain and additionally I said no cheese as well. I waited about 10 minutes for the sandwich. A long time but it was ok i guess. Once i received my sandwich I politely asked if it had no cheese. The runner told me that it was plain and walked away. Once I sat down to eat it had cheese. I didn’t bother to ask for it to be re-maid because this is the third time it has happened here. The service sucks, time of operation is poor, and wait time is unacceptable. I’m disappointing that I spent 10 dollars for a burger that I can’t eat and a large fry… wait now that I look at it they gave me a small when I payed for a large. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to.

While I love Wendy’s (my favorite fast food place) this particular one is slow. I used to be a student at YSU but the line is horribly long. I usually wait for 10 to 20 minutes just to get to the counter. They usually only have one counter open. They need more employees.
