Can’t order drive through from app and get it at drive through. They make you go inside and get it, which sucks if you have a baby in the car. Also forgot bacon on the big bacon classic. Baconator fries were put on its side in bag. I keep trying to give this place a chance but every couple months I remember why I don’t want to go here.

I wish visits via drive-thrus were more “hit” than “miss” with ALL fast food places. Everything was edible but even when I request to “please make my order FRESH, and I’ll wait for it” …it’s up in the air if it actually happens. I’m not one to go all “angry black man” for that. There are far greater reasons to get ethnic. But the spicy chicken (extra mayo) is what I got on this day, along with a Dave’s double. I ate it, simply because mentally I can’t get passed wasting food/my money. But this location has provided better before. It was just one of those “meh” days for everyone I’m guessing.

Wendy’s prices have skyrocketed over the past year or so. Went through the drive-thru for 4 parmesan ceasar salads and a medium 10pc spicy nugget combo….$52.00!!! My husband was livid and seriously contemplated driving off when told how much the order was. I do not know if it’s all Wendy’s or not, I’m not trying to find out. Won’t be spending money like that at a fast food joint again. The more you know….

The cashier kept talking on his phone instead of paying attention to the order. He was very slow because he was engaged in the phone conversation. I was the only person at the counter. I placed my order, went to the rest room. The order was still not ready when I returned to the counter.

This Wendy’s is always busy (but which one isn’t). There’s always a wait. Customer service is good. I have not been the recipient of employee aggression, impoliteness. They seem to have it all together in that area of business conduct. Paying restaurant workers more should be a priority for the owners. I know this Wendy’s is making a large profit, it has to because it’s always busy. Not to mention the location of the store is excellent. It’s on the bus line, not far from residential neighborhoods and the Tri-county mall. Be careful when coming out the parking lot on to Northland Blvd.

The place was dirty in the kitchen bathroom and the employees. Food was fresh but still terrible with the dirty grease my fries and nuggets was cooked in. And the Jr bacon cheeseburger I had was also fresh but with the raw bacon I ended up throwing it all away. Every drink was sold out only had like 5 to choose from and the one I got had little white things floating in it. Definitely will not return to this location at all!

I think I went to a Wendy’s, not sure, all employees were wearing their street clothes. This place is always disgusting as well. Needs to be closed and cleaned by professionals and then inspected by A health board before reopening.

Was just here in the drive thru, waited a lil bit for my food (a line was starting to form) but once I came home and ate, my food was burnt, soggy and disgusting and my lemonade tasted watered down!! Prices are too high for all this. Very disappointed, wont be back!!

This is sad us as a people need to hold our dollar at a more higher value when it comes to dealing with restaurants and employees who work inside the restaurant or have a dislike for your job position for whatever the case may be I don’t know how you cannot be disgusted with yourself while serving other people half cooked food I just have ONE question people that work in a restaurant an that deal and handle with food do you ever take in consideration if it was you on the receiving end do you ever take in consideration that you may have put a child/toddler at risk I definitely demand My Refund and you will never ever see my money ever again Wendy’s franchise as a whole

Staff was much better then in the past. I wish they had everything you need out to grab. Felt like I was bothering them when I had to ask for ketchup and utensils. That was how I felt not how they made me feel.
