Ordered food on the app, walked over to get it right after 10 pm. Supposed to stay open until midnight. Workers were VERY rude. Wouldn’t make my food, stated they were already closed when they wasn’t. They were standing around talking and ignoring the fact that I was there trying to get my food that I paid for. They were not willing to be helpful in any way. All the worker done was shake her finger at me and try to get me to leave. Possibly the WORST Wendy’s in the country. Needs a whole new crew.

On June 6, I made a stop at Wendy’s at 6:10 pm to grab a Summer Strawberry salad on my way to work. To my dismay, the cashier informed me that they were out of salads, despite it being displayed on the drive-through menu. I calmly requested the cashier to stop yelling at me, which was unnecessary, and this caused her to refuse to serve me. Due to time constraints, I had to leave without entering the restaurant. I’m sharing the time of my visit with the hope that Wendy’s management can provide the necessary coaching to the cashier to improve their customer service skills.

on 8/11 at 12:15 PM, I pulled into the lot and drive thru was unusually empty. it was one car at the 2nd window , a car at the speaker, a SUV, the me. The parking lot itself had a few cars, but nothing too busy. So I finally get up to the speaker and I was having a conversation on the phone with my daughter. I was telling my daughter that I have been in line for 10 mins. And I was on my lunch break. The lady came over the speaker and said what did you say? I said, I was talking to my daughter telling her that I have been waiting for 10 mins. The lady over the speaker then said, oh well, can I take your order really snapping at me. I said never mind. and pulled out of line. I then parked my car and went inside. I asked for a manager and 2 black females proceeded to tell me that they both were supervisors. I instantly got verbally attacked buy both Supervisors. Neither were professional and in the end they refused to serve me. No I didn’t go into your establishment fussing and cussing…I approach the females in a fair way. They became offensive when I explained to them that I’ve in the drive thru for 15 mins. because it was now 12:30 PM and I seen them serving a car every 5 mins. I then turned to walk out the store and both women began talking about the situation to customers who were waiting in the lobby for their food. I turned around and let them know they were being very professional and don’t talk about me behind my back I’m right here.

These people are completely incompetent. Not only did they mess my order up, I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. How do you not put BACON on a BACONATOR? The employees acted as if they don’t even care. Which is unfortunately the truth.

This is the worst salad in the entire chain in my 5 years of traveling around the country Plus they refused to add another dressing, they don’t do that anywhere else. Perhaps they have a special, their own network. My congratulations to your establishment.

Not worth it, fast food that takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru when there are only 4 cars ahead, this has happened multiple times, unfortunately because of limited options close to work. Food is alright but it’s not cheap and not fast so might as well go somewhere nicer

After walking in and standing @ the counter the staff did not acknowledge our presence until we had made eye contact with all 4 visible employees and we called out to them, we ordered our food, after ordering and waiting for 15 minutes for our food we were given x2 bags rolled shut and told have a good day, our ordered food was half missing, wrong and cold, we ordered strawberry frosty’s and were given 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla, after pointing out the frosty problem they stated we put the chocolate and vanilla in the machine with the strawberry and told there should be a hint of strawberry before he walked away, when pointed out that there was missing/incorrect food a employee laughed and said ya I know, I didn’t finish making it, we asked 3 more times for our food before they listened to what was missing and stopped attempting to give us a single burger and give us the missing baconator, double stack and fries. Through out the entire time we were there one woman continued to yell about staffing and not having enough employees, repeatedly stating “I’m not dealing with this tonight, I’m locking the doors their leaving” The employees were polite when directly interacting even thanking us for our patience, followed by rude and yelling complaints about us/the store while standing 6ft away from us. We noticed occasional water dripping from the ceiling over the counter, most of the dining room was dirty, there was a employee sleeping in the dining room when we arrived and prior to us leaving was back cooking/preparing food, the food was all cold except the chili, they told us they were out of the items to make one of the burgers after they “finished it”. I used the restroom prior to leaving and the mirror was covered in soap, the urinal/toilet were covered in hair/something black and there was a car air freshener hung on the urinal.

Extremely slow. The drive thru line didn’t move for a solid 20 minutes. Then it only served one car. The whole experience took 30+ minutes. And this wasn’t the only time it’s happened. Avoid this location if possible.
