Wendy’s is always good!!! Sometimes the staff acts clueless about your order after you order it and gets things mixed up but the food is usually good expect for the last few times I went my burger was straight cold. I honestly don’t remember the last time I had a burger from Wendy’s and it actually tasted hot and fresh but for a quick $5 meal it’s good.

As a parent of 3 children myself, I understand the difficulty of arranging appropriate supervision of school-aged children during the summer months. It seemed more than 1 employee had their children in the restaurant for awhile during our meal. They weren’t necessarily being badly behaved ….just being children….a bit loud for an atmosphere corporate would prefer to be relaxing to their customers. As a Management Director myself, I simply thought it appropriate to make the appropriate person(s) aware.

If I go to Wendy’s, it’s always the one on Dorothy Ln lately. Great customer service and friendly staff. They make my order correctly. The other ones have extremely pour customer service and mess up your order.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Food was cold, fries unsalted, and service was frustrating to say the least. Employee was rude taking the order and short with me when paying. He wouldn’t even reach his arm out of the window to hand me my food. Photos show unsalted fries and burnt, bare chicken “sandwich”.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had! I ordered 2 double Baconators, 2 senior drinks, and a large fry! First she didn’t know how to get the register to do an app coupon. Then she had a problem with the coupon for the fries. While this is going on a guy at the fryer was taking the basket of fries out and eating them from the basket. I said something about it but the gal who was waiting on me just rolled her eyes. The I take the burgers to the table and they weren’t the way I ordered them. I went to the counter to tell them and of course they made me new ones (or so I thought). They had told me to just take the other ones that were wrong home. When I got what I thought were fresh burgers the buns were so dry they fell apart (funny because they weren’t even toasted) and the meat was ridiculously dry (like it should have been chili meat). There was barely any mayo on them. The fries were barely warm. The carpet in the dining room was sticky. There were 5 people working but nobody checking on the dining room. I will definitely never be back at this Wendy’s again. I couldn’t give them less than 1 star or I would have. I am surprised at what happened because I have always been very satisfied with any Wendy’s I have been to. It seemed to me that they cooked too many burgers ahead and not as they needed them. The guy on the fryer was constantly eating fries out of the basket. I said something about it a second time and another gal said that they all do that. I’m so surprised at the subpar food and cleanliness of this Wendy’s….. Don’t waste your time or money at this Wendy’s!

This location is one of the worst in dayton. Ordered the son of baconator the kids running the place gave me 2 kids patties and 2 pieces of bacon on a large bun and would not refund my money. I am not paying $11.15 for less food the. Their 5 dollar biggie bag. The lobby was closed at 745 so I had to walk around the building and talk with them through the drive thru window. They said they could remake my order but it would be the same as I just received. They said I would need to come back in the morning to receive a refund. This is unacceptable business practices. Will not return.

Despite closing at 12, the store had all of its lights on, and the dining area was closed. However, when I pulled into the drive thru, I was completely ignored. I called SEVERAL times and was forced to wait for 3-5 minutes each time, and when the phone was finally picked up, they could not be bothered to respond and hung up immediately. Absolutely terrible customer service, and I intend to speak to corporate about this issue.

Went through the drive-thru, when you pull up a recorded voice greets you and offers a special. I declined and started giving my order. About 5 or 6 items in, I was interrupted and asked to repeat everything. After finishing my order and pulling around to the window, it opened and I was told my total. I offered my card for payment. A few seconds later the card was returned, the window closed and the attendant walked away. I was never offered a receipt so I’m thankful the order was right. I received no crackers for my chili, no fork or knife for my baked potato, and the nuggets might as well have just been dumped in the bag but I did get plenty of napkins so that was unexpected.

I ordered 1 junior bacon cheeseburger through the drive through. While the sandwich was properly made, the cost was ridiculous and the bun was beyond stale. It was almost $4.00. However, the real kicker was that the woman at the window did not speak. She simply held her hand out, shoved the credit card back at me and then shoved the bag at me. The state of fast food is dismal.
