When I first walked in – I was greeted with about 10-15 flies. After placing my order I went to wash my hands in the most horrid & fly infested bathroom I think I’ve ever been into.. after I got my order the soda machine had almost no choices, no carbonation, wasn’t working. It took the women 5 mins to fill my sprite up. Food was decent (although I almost couldn’t stomachs eating after that experience). Would not recommend this location to anyone until they do a major cleanup!!

“Made to order” is what they told me. I got cold fries. A while ago I ordered the pretzel burger…they ran out and I had to get a normal bun and didn’t get compensated for it. Yeah the pretzel burger is expensive. Another time I went I ordered and paid for my food. They came out with my food and they were like “oh sorry I forgot we didn’t have this lemonade you wanted” and I had to replace it with tea. The fancy lemonades cost more but I didn’t get any money back from it. I am so done with Wendy’s.

Update….. The floors have been made safe to walk on. Thank you management. Unfortunately they were short staffed on the day I went in, but the crew worked hard on making it a good experience. Food was good but some customer was very rude to staff and threw their food at them. Keep up the good work team.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would… Walking in watching the workers play around and yelling like we was in the wild . We placed our order and I noticed that there was flies eveywhere. After ordering our food The lady really turned around and asked if we wanted fresh fries or if the ones that been laying in bin was ok with us ,of course I said fresh isn’t that your slogan she said well we get people that just want there food and don’t wanna wait I replied well I’m waiting in lobby so yes fresh … Well 10 min later after watching a heroin addict fade out and come to and puke all down the hallway he comes out our food and nothing was hot and I wasn’t going to eat anything so we just threw the food in the trash and left ….. Need to hire adults not kids and obviously a manager that cares about services and not being lazy … We will not ever eat at another Wendy’s in Anderson Indiana.

You really have to watch the employees at this location. They will add things to your order that you didn’t order, not give you a total (or whatever that item was) and just charge your card, and not give you a receipt. They also refuse to sell lower priced items. I tried to buy a breakfast combo and was told “we don’t have any.” Seriously, I know it’s Anderson and working fast food is a tough gig, but that doesn’t make it ok to steal.

The most horrible service we have ever had any other wendys or any other fast food chain restaurant from here to Ohio to Michigan to Illinois. Today sunday 7/16 at 6pm told the guy 3 small strawberry frostys and 2 large chocolate frosties. And he said “ok so 1 large strawberry and 4 small chocolates” corrected him again and he repeated it back completely opposite again. We said it a 3rd time slower n he repeated it back completely opposite. And some lady came on and said to pull around. And I said well I’m not done orderin.. she said “ok pull around around” a second time. We just drove off that was ridiculous… lol. Idk if they were on drugs or doin it on purpose. Definitely not recommended.
