Rating only 1 star because I cannot pick ZERO! I placed an order w/ Wendy’s on their app & it used Door Dash to deliver. There is a LOT wrong. Wendy’s website & app have no way to report it. One large chili (w/ sour cream & onions), & one small chili w/ sour cream were not in the bag. One burger Patty half off bun & other patty smashed together like it stuck to grill w/ mayo smeared all over the wrapper, which was barely hanging on the burger as if a 5 year old wrapped it for Christmas. Bacon cheese fries upside down in bag, cold, limp, greasy & container half full as if thrown in the bag. Hot food in same bag as a cold salad and two half melted frosties. Driver sat for a long time “picking up” but never communicated when I texted at 10:54pm to ask if there were any issues, then began moving right away as soon as I said something. I placed this order at 10:27pm with a 20 min delivery ETA. App texted me confirmation at 10:32pm didn’t get the order until almost 11:15 even thought the text confirmation came at 11:04 when I had not even greeted the driver yet. I tried to call the store several times and it is open but just rings. Live chat on app is not manned and neither is the phone number through the app. There is nowhere to report missing food from an order and when trying to chat with Door Dash, they refer me back to Wendy’s. Whomever the UX designer is for the app should be fired. Almost $40 for an order that made me create ANOTHER APP ACCOUNT when I could have simply used my Door Dash account. This has got to be the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I took the survey from within the app as well and it just said someone will contact me later. On TOP OF ALL THAT, when I attempt to log BACK into the app, it kicks me an error like they disabled my account I JUST created. When I log in on the website, it logs in just fine. Someone needs to step up their game and I better get a refund for the entire order or I will be disputing with my credit card company. Do better Wendy’s . . . No WONDER nobody wants these jobs, not even kids.

It was about 11p when I was there. The wait to take my order was forever. The only thing that they got right about my order was the fact that there was three pieces of meat on the sandwich and my extra ice ice-water. I ordered a baconator triple with only cheese grilled onions and mayo 2 chocolate chip cookies. I got raw onions lettuce and tomatoes and something like oatmeal raisin granola bar type of thing that was hard to even bite. I waited nearly 45 minutes and and spent $13 for that. It was late. I was tired. They looked like they all had been smoking weed, and I still had a 30 mile trip on the highway to get home. I hadn’t eaten in a few hours so I didn’t go back, and I won’t be back. I should have reported several times ago, but this was the last draw. They never give you receipt, so I’m not even sure who to call or what my order number was. Wendy’s this location and the one on 56th & Georgetown is consistently giving your brand a bad reputation. My public number/email should be on my profile if your reps would like to contact me. I will say that the meat itself was good but it would have been better if it was what I was actually craving. Next time I’ll just go White Castle across the street or Denny’s. Watch the type of people you hire and they don’t care about their jobs enough pay attention to do their job and understand why customer satisfaction matters.

Why’s the lobby locked? Is the GM trying to pad his bonus by keeping labor low? Why do I get old dry burger patties at noon? I mean it was fast but not worth it. Also how do you run out of Fanta orange? Honestly this looks like an operation where the manager is putting their bonus before the stores betterment. EDIT: just realized my sandwich has a half patty in the middle. I’m really sorry I paid with cash.

I ordered a single cheese and took one bite before throwing it away. It had 2 very small and burnt patties unlike anything from Wendy’s in the past. It was the most horrible sandwich from there I’ve ever experienced. Whomever makes these sandwiches is well aware of what they’re serving. I won’t be going back to this location.

Drive thru. Waited for 35 min in line from order to getting my order and only 2 cars ahead of me and no cars in the parking lot. Their computers were down…took over 10 min to take my order, took over 10 min to run my card. The cashier walked around with my card and left the window area with my card. With all the fraud going around I think to have my card out of sight is unacceptable. The sandwich were cold and now very small for the price and the baked potatoes were over cooked and small as well. 2 chicken grill sandwich (which I got crispy) and 2 baked potatoes and it was over $20. This is absolutely ridiculous. Wendy’s use to be quality food and it was worth the extra price, but not anymore. I will not be returning to this store!

This place is nasty!! You can smell the oil through the drive thru window how old it is. The manager kept pulling cars away from the drive thru window and when he does bring the food he throws it at u in the car with the bag all tattered. I bet they don’t even wash their nasty hands. Run as fast as you can from here.

First the lady in the window on wed morning older lady red hair was extremely rude . Then you made my drink wrong then right in front of me you think it’s ok to dump half of the wrong drink and fill it up with the right drink like wth I work in fast food so I’m really understanding but that was absolutely ridiculous. Went through the drive through here the other day. I repeated my order to the girl 2x. Got to the window, where I sat for several minutes until then opened the window and I payed. Waited a few more min at the window until another young lady opened it and asked which order I had. Repeated my order again.

Every time I try to go here, the lobby is closed. And then when I do get an odder, it’s usually just warm not hot. And half the items I acted were sold out. Definitely not as good as some other Wendy’s locations.

Hit and miss. Some employees are polite some are super rude. Sometimes you get warm food and sometimes they make you pull forward and you still get old fries and half filled containers. Chance it and see if you get a good result. I have kot have many good encounters.
