Worst place ever would give negative stars if I could. It has gone completely down hill. The drive-thru lady was rude as can be. She was yelling at people on the intercom. The people in front of us were ordering they told their order 5 times to her for her to say hang on hang on and then proceeded to yell at the customers. Then yelled at me because again she didn’t get my order right. I really hope this place closes or y’all hire better staff. Just a nasty place now.

I like Wendy’s in general, I enjoy the food and the price. But this experience was so bad I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location. It started with not looking very busy but having very slow service. Waiting in line just to order took from 20-30 minutes just to order for us and others I talked to as well. Next, when one of my party got to the register to order, he was told he had to wait because the Wendy’s was to overwhelmed to take anymore orders.

Worst staff and management I have ever seen tall skinny girl wiped her nose with her hand never went and washed her hands and was touching food with out gloves. And did this right in front of front counter where everyone could see eat. She also was cleaning front lobby picking trash and wiping tables down and didn’t wash her hands before touching people food. I have been general manager for fast food for 20 something years and I would not except the way things are done at this facility.

Absolutely love the baconator. Everything about it is delicious. The bun, is buttery and toasted. The bacon, is always tasty and crunchy. In my opinion, the meat patties taste way better than other fast food places. I have also recently become a fan of the chicken nuggets, when cooked fresh. Gotta have the sweet & sour sauce. So yummy.

I felt terrible after ordering, I was taking some time trying to find the best way to order and what we wanted. It would have been more efficient if I went inside, but I was in a hurry and drive thru made more sense, seeing as they weren’t busy. Everything at the box was great the order taker was very polite and helpful. However, when we pulled up to the window, the manager raised her voice toward the order taker, stating their drive thru time was now terrible and they’re slowed down. She visibly embarrassed and upset the young woman accepting my form of payment. So I asked if they would like me to pull forward and the manager said something I wasn’t even paying attention to her because I felt so uncomfortable with her negative attitude. We were missing our straw and utensils but I was not willing to return to the establishment. I have my fair share of experience in a job like this and I have never nor have I ever experienced a manager, or an adult act this way toward other people. She could have been having a bad day but next time, step outside to get some air or something.

I love me some Wendy’s a baked potato and some chili on a cold day great. But these kids nowadays they don’t want to provide customer service and they don’t even give a care if your food is made properly or even if it’s warm. Probably the reason why I haven’t been to Wendy’s and a good 6 months.
