Gonna be honest I’m not to happy about this one today. I just left Wendy’s. I normally don’t have any issues but today I almost got money taken from me if I wasn’t being aware of what was going on I wouldn’t have gotten all my change back today. I gave this lady exactly $44.78 so I could get a $10 bill back. You can check cameras if you want. But this lady at first wasn’t going to give me my change, and then when I mentioned I need my change back before I leave in drive thew she only gave me $5 back and I told her dear I gave you $44.78 I need $10 back not $5. She then gave it to me, but then forgot my two spicy chicken sandwiches which I had to go back in line to get them. Which finding out she had only given me one of them. Guys just be aware when you go to this Wendy’s that you make sure you get all your change back I’ve never had this happen before at this Wendy’s its normally pretty good to me since I live out in New Haven and I have to drive the extra miles because I don’t like the New Haven one just be careful I’m going to be extra cautious from now on! I did call the manager she was very sweet and nice and concerned I really hope this issue gets resolved and you guys look into this cashier it’s not okay for quick changers to get away with taking hard earned money from costumers especially in today’s time with inflation but honestly at all especially when their at work and on camera.

I ordered and payed for a chocolate frosty, and when I got to the window they said they don’t have chocolate. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do refunds. They offered me a strawberry frosty, which I begrudgingly took. Then I get home and noticed my hands are sticky and smell like bug spray. Sure enough the cup is sticky and covered in bug spray. Absolutely unacceptable, and the health department needs to go check that place out ASAP.

I’ve received some seriously bad service here before and almost never receive my order correctly, but my visit on Friday June 16th, 2023 around 8pm topped them all. After ordering I pulled around to the window and the woman said “we are out of sprite can I get you something else?” I said “we’ll take 2 dr peppers and a coke instead of the sprites” and she said “I just said we don’t have sprite.” So I said again I’d take the others INSTEAD of sprite. She shuts the window without a word. A young man then comes to the window and I hear the woman yell to the back of the store “the guy who ordered 4 combos has f**king autism”. I asked the boy if the woman just said I have autism and he said “no she was talking about a new guy we hired.” Which was not only a lie but also how would that be better? I wouldn’t visit this store again if they paid me to. I cannot believe someone would yell something so disrespectful to all of her coworkers about a customer especially with children in my car, and after they couldn’t offer me what I ordered in the first place.

First off we asked for a salad with crispy chicken and they said “we don’t do that” and we said “okay. Hang on” and then they said $9 at the window and we were like “whoa hang on. We’re not done yet.” Then when they handed us our food they said okay. See you even though we didn’t have all of our food. So we waited for a minute and they finally gave us the last bag. We almost drove off without getting everything. Then later we opened the salad and it was crispy chicken but one whole chicken piece not cut or anything, but they didn’t give us a knife. Also, there were no pecans in the apple pecan salad. How perplexing. The fries were not hot and crispy as advertised. Really none of the food was appropriately temperatures. Very disappointing experience and not worth what we paid. There are other Wendy’s in town that are superior but this one is no good

Went inside ordered the biggie bag double cheese. They gave me a kids cup for my drink. The burger was nasty and cold as were the fries. So much for going inside . I can’t belive the one by Walmart on stelhorn is so much better. Guess I will drive a little further for hot food and a regular size drink.

Pro: The service was fast and the Sprite tasted like Sprite. Cons: The building itself looked like it had been dipped in grease. Hamburger was dry, cold and pretty much diabolical. Fries were warm and unremarkable. Nuggets made perfect dog snacks. Close this place down before it’s too late.

Can’t even enjoy at meal due to employees n there friends being loud sitting all at a table..get our food. Cold like always. Go to sit at a table food all over floor with ants..I thought this was a restaurant not a hangout for workers n there friends..place is disgusting and they need employees that will work!
