Management has really let these poor workers down; short, staffed, overwhelmed, filthy kitchen. The workers were moving as quickly as they could, but there was no management or supervision apparent. Chili smeared on counters, floor covered in ice, water, and smashed fries. Gross.

They were busy..not many employees but they were trying their hardest. The other customers inside were some of the rudest I’ve seen in a long time with one lady being the ring leader .. she kept saying she was in a hurry and downgraded the cashier (who was new) but then sat in the lobby casually eating her food and still being rude.

Pretty good for a Wendy’s. It’s very close to the interstate and within walking distances from several hotels. There are also several restaurants in the area if you want to split up. Service was a little slow due to short staffing but the food was hot and accurate. Restaurant was clean. Mobile ordering makes it convenient .They have a Coke freestyle machine.

Passed up McDonald’s because of the line. There were only 2 cars in line at Wendy’s vs. A full parking lot at McDonald’s. But then it took us 20 minutes to even put in our order. I’m still waiting in line now. Again – two cars in front of us. One now that is still waiting on food. 20 minutes. So don’t go here for fast food. We were just told they are out of chicken nuggets which is what we were going for. So we just drove off.

In drive thru had to pull up for nuggets to cook, ok fresh that’s fine. What’s not ok is when I waited long enough to get out and go in because I can’t leave due to already paying. 2 cars have come around out of drive by this time. What’s not ok is when I walk in and see what looks to be the manager running off at her mouth with 4 teenage boys and another in line waiting to place order. The girl comes off the fry line to take order and tells the boy to hurry up someone is behind him. Then uses profanity out loud due to phone dropping as register opens. I’m up next as the other lady has finally walked over to bag food after noticing me as I’m saying I have the drive thru order.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. There were 2 people ahead of us in line when we got inside. Their orders were taken and then our wait began. A 20 minute wait. At the register, while the employees were making the food for the previous orders. Yes, there were cars in the drive thru as well, however every person working had one gear only. First gear. There was no multitasking going on, no hurry to wait on and serve customers, nothing. The dark shaggy haired guy was taking orders and bagging fries, nuggets, and sandwiches. He repeatedly rubbed his face. His eyes, his mouth, his face in general. No hand washing. There was a bag of hamburger Pattie’s sitting on the counter thawing or something. He picked it up and there were juices dripping out of the bag as he passed it over the prep table area. After waiting at the register to place our order, people lined up to the door by this time, and the guy who was taking orders just nonchalantly walking out the back door (possibly to the walk-in, but again, NO hurry), we left. Along with everyone behind us. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Wendy’s. Most of us crossed over and visited Arby’s.

Sorry to say this because I used to love this location, took 4 ever to get our order taken, the restaurant was filthy, workers were eating behind the counter, the drink dispenser was out of alot of the the drinks. One worker wore his gloves out to change the trash then returned to the food line. It will be a long time before I return here.

It was a disaster and I wouldn’t recommend this Wendys to anyone. The cashier told us the wrong ingredients for our burger & when I asked him about getting any mayonnaise for my sandwich a gal told me they didn’t have any so that was a lie & her attitude really sucked and the place behind the register was so filthy I didn’t really want to eat my food. My mom told them how dirty the placed looked & their response was ” if we sweep the floor it stirs up the dirt so we don’t sweet it!” Can you believe that??

Wish I could take away stars from this place. We placed an order on the app and when we arrived at the restaurant, we waited for ten minutes to get our food. We were then notified that the restaurant didn’t have the coffee we had ordered, but they couldn’t refund our purchase because it was made on the app. They also didn’t have any sugar, so the sweet tea they gave us was actually unsweetened. They didn’t bother to let us know that they were out of ketchup, lettuce, or tomato, so we got another unwelcome surprise when we opened our bag of food to see that our burgers came with only mayonnaise, onions, and pickles.
