If there is a worst Wendy’s than this one, I haven’t been to it. Cold, hard fries, teeny old-looking burger patties for the double, wrong dressing and drink received. The strawberry salad was decent but the rest of my order was a bust. My biggest regret is that I gave them a second chance.

Typical Wendy’s food. Frosty, nuggets, and fries were good. We always get fries to dip in our frosty. The order taker was friendly. The order was correct, and I got a receipt. Hallelujah, I got a receipt from a fast food restaurant! The service was fast. I didn’t even have to put the car in park at the drive thru.

Slow service always. Usually bad attitudes as well. The last time my family and I ate here, my wife and kids got poisoned from the chicken nuggets. Don’t trust the “buy one get one for $1”. The nuggets are either old or the employees don’t wash their hands. either way, not worth it.

At this point, all “fast food” places besides CFA are a joke. I used to give Wendy’s a lot of credit,but that has changed. I love the maple bacon chicken croissant sandwich. It’s crispy and flavorful, and the honey butter takes it over the top. However without the honey butter it’s very dry. I’ve become accustomed to requesting extra , ever since the product launched. I haven’t had it in a few months, and decided this morning to treat myself since I had extra time. I ordered the sandwich and asked for extra ,extra honey butter, because sometimes they won’t do it. I even said I’d pay extra for it. I get the sandwich, it’s piping hot, but not even ONCE TRACE of honey butter at all! Just a hot dry chicken sandwich. The store wasn’t busy, I was the only car in line. It just frustrates me that a simple request cannot be honored. When the sandwich is made correctly, it’s top tier, but I cannot accept it not even being made properly.

They were slow, taking their time to get my order together and I was the only person in line. What part of not adding salt to my fries they didn’t understand? Just before I grabbed my food, I asked him, is there salt on the fries, his answer directly to my face, no salt was added. I get to my destination, the fries were so salty, I had to toss them. Make sure you check your order before leaving the facility. I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s.

Extremely slow for fast food. Not faulting the current staff, as it could be a staffing issue at this location. However, the gentleman that took my order didn’t acknowledge me at the drive through and waited there for almost 8 minutes before taking my order and didn’t have anything resembling a friendly tone, as if he just hated his job.

I seen one of the workers drop nuggets by the drive through cash register, picked it up put them back in the bag and give it to an older lady who was in the drive through and laugh about it. I called the manager and corporate. They said they sent the worker home.

Not only they messed up my order, but they gave me fries that were not only very cold, but tasted EXTREMELY SOUR. I understand staffing issues, but giving your customers rotten food for the sake of finishing an order is literally insane behavior.
